Gay Governor wants custody of kid plus financial support

Former New Jersey Governor James McGreevy is seeking custody of his 5-year old daughter and child support from his estranged wife.
McGreevey became the first openly gay governor after admitting he cheated on Dina with one of his male aides.

The original "matrimonial settlement agreement" had evidently resolved all custody and support issues concerning his daughter, Jacqueline.  McGreevey has filed a revised divorce document for which his soon to be ex-wife Dina has 35 days to officially respond.
The new papers ask the judge to assign McGreevey with custody, to award visitation to Dina and to award him with "suitable support and maintenance."
