DNA ordered on Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn?

Dear God:

I hope the judge does not allow DNA for that is a terrible mistake for people like Larry Birkhead to plow into other peoples lives. Anna Nicole did not want him to have her baby. Howard's name is on the birth certificate.

Those evil people will then have Anna Nicole and her son either separated or put in LA or Texas instead of what she wished. Californians have no right to tell Bahamians what to do.

Larry Birkhead is a simpleton. Howard has the right raise the child. That fat pig of a Virgie should be kicked out of the Bahamas also.

Bahamian justice will prevail.

Thankfully, justice is prevailing. Not only will Stern lose custody of the young child, a child who was never his to begin with, and who he lied about to get Anna Nicole's money, but this just in....

Anna Nicoles son, Daniel, who's death is being investigated - appeared to have contacted a private investigator weeks before his death. He was concerned about his mother under the influence of Howard Stern, and he was wanting to have Stern followed and investigated because of the drugs his mother was on and because Stern was trying to keep Daniel away from Anna Nicole because he was concerned about their close relationship, and that interfered with Stern's plans for Smith's money. Private dectectives have met with the police and lawyers to discuss the latest developments in the case, and there are many. Stern will be implicated in this. He's guilty of Daniel's death and he's guilty of Annas'. The police aren't tipping their hand just yet, but with the custody now in favour of Birkhead and homicide squad sniffing around the scene mroe and more each day, you know something is up and its going to come out sooner than later. And it's no coincidence, Anna Nicole was going to give testimony at the investigation into Danie's death this month, and she conveniently died, from Drugs that Stern ordered in his name.

The question that is one that I find most interesting, if Anna and Howard Stern were together why did she have sexual intercourse with another man or another boy friend, as Howard Stern remained in the same place in her life as he had for a long time. I don't understand. Exactly who was Howard Stern to her, he said she was very kind and nothing like people protray her to be, and he was so upset about how she had been treated, not honored in her death. Her told of her terrible depression and grief over the loss of her son. She lost her son and had a new baby at once, what a combination of pressure and stress on her. I think Howard Stern on the stand tried to express that. We here about so many drugs yet the man who tested her would not ascertain that was indeed the case. He has been very careful in what he has said and if you get rid of the hipe and listen to what he has been saying, there was no foul play, nor drugs. We heard that she had no drugs in her at the time of death from a paper in the states.

Maybe Howard gave her unconditional love and support in all her activities understanding how desperately she needed love. Something was between them, some kind of bond that she needed him in her life and yet he allowed her to lead a life she needed. His family are normal people, heis an attorney, his brother a principal and his sister a teacher and his sister is just a normal person and the family has gathered around to help him through this. If he truely love her and Danny and this baby, this is so tragic for him and everybody is pounding on him, has anyone no concept of the fact that this is the man that was her companion? In my view, she had a will, a will can be decades old and be legal, this will was not that old. It should still stand and all the ramifications indicative of it is my belief. I can not imagine this sweet baby with this Birkhead man or her mother as she presents herself, she stomped on her grave, who let that happen? The legal community needs to understand lifestyle here with being in her business and associating with the people she did, drug are rampid, so is alcohol. Anna Nicole had breast implants the kind, I understand that have taken people's lives before and cause pain. Give the problem to the professionals, the doctors and protect the sanctity of this little babies privacy. I sure hope that justice will prevail and that Howard Stern will be thrown in jail for all of his dishonesty and the murders of both Anna Nicole and her son. I think he has been plotting this entire episode for many years. He is at best a low life gold digger, looking to make money off of the death of two innocent people and now trying to keep a child that is not his. I hope that Mr. Birkhart will prevail and justice will be served.
