Is Anna Nicole's baby daddy dead too?

I must say today I feel more relieved that Anna Nicole Smith is probably happier dead than alive.  While she was most recently heard mourning the loss of her son, Daniel, she is most famous for publicly mourning the loss of her late husband, J. Howard Marshall.  We all know Anna Nicole spent most of her adult life fighting for the money she deserved following her billionare husband's death.

This may sound cold; but today the Daily News is reporting that the father of Anna Nicole's baby, Danielynn, may be her late husband J. Howard Marshall.  Even though Marshall has been dead for over a decade; Smith's half-sister, Donna Hogan, says that Danielynn is the product of Marshall's frozen and preserved sperm. 

It seems like Smith was estranged from her family for a reason, but I still believe she should have been more careful about who she let into her circle!
