Who is Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy?

We basically have two big mysteries rolled into one. The first question is who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn? The second question is when will we see the paternity tests that Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead requested and a judge later ordered?

Everything involving Anna Nicole Smith's death has become controversial. From deciding where to bury the former Playboy superstar to deciding who is the father of Smith's child to deciding how Anna Nicole died. Now, it looks like we will play a waiting game until the results of Dannielynn's DNA tests are revealed.

Howard K. Stern who is listed on the birth certificate as Dannielynn's father dropped his appeal yesterday after his legal team discovered that a panel of judges would deny it anyway. The logical thing would be to reveal who Dannielynn's father is today, right? It may not be that simple.

Original reports showed that the results would come down in a closed hearing being held today, but most media outlets are reporting that it will likely happen later in the week. TMZ says it won't even happen then.

There are reports that the DNA results revealing the real father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby could be unveiled today, but TMZ knows it isn't so. In fact, we're told that it probably won't happen this week, and that next week is the time.

An inquest into what killed Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel is also under way in the Bahamas. Howard K. Stern has also tried to prevent that case from going forward out of fear that someone (like himself) might be charged with murder.

Howard, it's closing in....was he just so stupid, or did he know how much power he had over ANC by providing drugs. Perhaps it didn't start off as malicious, I think he really is obssesed and loves her. but to keep this up, to keep the baby away from Larry (that baby looks just like him) it's pretty sickoooooo! Unfortuately my son is a drug addict. I love him. I watch him when he is high. I am afraid to take my eyes off of him. So as the media and society names Howard as an "enabler" "murderer", I feel the pain. I know what it is like to try "tough love" on someone so important that you are afraid to leave them for fear of what may happen.

So Howard, from those of us who love a drug addict, we too are being accused. Anna, most likely would have died a long time ago if someone like Howard was not at her side.

A drug addict will get what they want, when they want and how they want. They do not need us to supply their addiction. They need us to accept it, like it or not. And when you love them, you do.

She has no idea what disgusting things her mother did, or the wannabe lawyer Stern who insists that he's her father but who would never take a test to prove it, who commited fraud so that he could get at her money, the man who most likely put an end to Daniel Smith's life, and was there to see the end of Anna Nicole's is all about. If she did she'd be crawling to get away from it all.

Best she is taken away from Stern before she figures out everything about him and starts calling him a few names, then it would be lights out for her too. Three strikes....

All Howard K Stern is guilty of of loving Anna Nicole too much. It has got to be awful loving an addict. He was her chosen partner and role model for her son for for years and years. He was the one who stuck by her when she was unpopular and very heavy and a laughing stock and broke. Then, later during her entire pregnancy he was there. The only one who stuck by her when she could trust no one else? Howard. The baby also looks like just like Anna too, so of course Howard could be the father--and legally, he was the one ANNA chose to put on the birth certificate which names him as father. Anyone wonder why she did not put that photographer? Anna had said Howward was the only one in the world she could trust. She chose to bring the baby home and live with she and Howard and have him in the delivery room! Howard was Anna's choice ad her daughter's father. I feel sorry for Howard K Stern.
