Three people shot at Nickelodeon awards after party

My grandmother used to say that you aren't safe anywhere, and I'm starting to believe her!

Early Sunday morning, three people were injured when shots were fired at a post-Kid's Choice Awards party.  Police suspect it was an act of gang violence.  The slime vs. the blimps?

The party, held in Los Angeles, was mainly attended by teenagers.  Police say the three people were shot were all hit below the belt and did not face life threatening injuries.

The shooting went down at about 12:30 a.m. at a drapery store rented for the party, which drew about 200 young people.  No arrests had been made by Sunday morning, police said. 

The 20th Annual Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards took place on Sunday night and were hosted by Justin Timberlake.
