Grace and Patsy...How do you know Howard loved them both? Are you an idiot! Did you live with them? Do you know them? Based on what we have seen Howard K is at the very least a low life scum. How can anyone explain away that clown video with Howard holding the camera. Anna was a mess of a human being..the clown video also showed that. Media outlets like Entertainment Tonight and this idiot Mark Steines who kept s straight face while interviewing her for the last time when she was obviously high as a kite. If he had any integrity as a jouranlist he would have asked her if she was high. She was a train wreck of a human being for taking drugs while she was pregnant..and that's just the beginning.

Ok, Howard Stern is "SCUM" of "SCUM", Now, lets think like he was "maybe" thinking. When Daniel died, (which I think Mr. Stern had EVERYTHING" to do with. He very much helped the public, media, etc. in concluding that Anna was so terribly depressed, not herself, sucicidal, Just basically %#@(&%$ up! Time goes by (as planned), she gets worse, and everyone knows about it. Think like a criminal. She has money, he has comforted himself in her financial "bliss", rewarded his named on every piece of evidence giving him "control", but remember, Anna was the control freak right?
Then slowly , she withers to her grave, just as planned.
Everything is so suspicious at this point, that I even believe that Howard is the one who set up the "robbery". He video taped her, you know he probably has alot of that stuff downloaded on the computer that was stolen. Hopefully, the right guy took it, and deleted everything that would hurt Howard. He really needs to protect himself you know. He is looking rather questionable on every aspect of this issue. Oh yeh, one more thing. Anna's mom is in line with the "scum" factor, we all know she is mental, we saw. Howards sister (don't know her name) is a "scum protector" she isn't really serious is she, and why haven't we heard from the honorable parents who were so gracious to pay for Howards cost of living for the last decade?????? Is anyone with me here????

Anna nicole was a drug head and howard helped her with her drugs and he saw dollar signs, he had to get rid of the son nad then anna so that he could get his hands on the money. And her mother should have got the body because no one else there was a blood relitive except the baby and it was not old enought to tell what to do, so her body should have went to the mother, all those judges were idiots!!!!!

How anyone could not think that Stern is not involved in this, has to be a member of his family, a girlfriend on the side, or Stern himself. He's obviously guilty, and it's going to come out. Sly as he was, and knowing what he does about the law and how far he could push and manipulate things, he slipped up and is going to be found out. Stern at the very least was a snake. Who in their right mind could live with Smith in her condition, encouraging her to take drugs, and providing them also for her son. These two deaths are not coincidental. Why do you think he's going to great lengths to now let Smith's mother around? She was one of the people who cared enough about her to oppose what she was doing, and Stern saw an opportunity for money, so isolated Smith, by trashign the mother and supporting a drug habit. Stern wasn't dumb. He was clever, knew what he was doing. First he eliminated Daniel, then Nicole. His next target would have been the daughter. Someone's got something big on him, it's obvious. That's why the house was broken into right after Smith's death, the computers, all Smith's belongings were taken from the house and turned over to the police.

Birkhead cared about Smith also. He pleaded with her to give up the drugs, but when Stern entered the picture, Stern knew enough about drugs and personalities because as a lawyer, he would come across such issues, either through other lawyers, or his own experience, and would have enough info to realize keeping Smith doped up, never resisting her dependency, while giving her more each time to bring her closer to the brink, was an opportunity for him to inherit some money. So, he made Birkhead and Smith's mother out like the bad guys, while he poured drugs into Smith's mouth, keeping her in a state of numbness and killing her son. Smith's bodyguard must obviously have something really big on Stern, as well as the owner of the house where Smith lived. People obviously know something. Smith's mother went on public television about half a year before Smith died warning that Stern was going to kill Smith. And she was right. Stern did. How he became a lawyer is unbelievable, but I've come across some pretty unsavory ones in my time. There's good lawyers out there, but some have become bad and use the profession as a tool for other than good intentions. There's a lot of power as a lawyer. There should be a lot more research that goes into taking one on.

To Sheryl,I agree with most of what you said, except for the robbery. That was committed I believe by the owner of the house who suspected something was up. He said Anna Nicole said to him if anything ever happened to her, she wanted him to intervene and take certain belongings of hers. So, after Anna died, he went into the house and removed important contents and handed them all over to the police. The police now have everythign, all of the importnat belongings of Anna Nicole. The evidence is there.

I guess the question now is: How long before Howard Stern cracks. You just know that this guy is guilty. The body guard is coming forward with crucial information, that Stern was acting very strange just before Anna died, and he left her alone before she died, while she reportedly had an extremely high fever over 105. Most decent human beings wouldn't do that. Where is he at the time? Off looking at a yacht he wants to purchase. He doesn't insist she go to hospital becuase it could cause problems with media - but doesn't care enough about Anna Nicole to insist she get help. He doesn't insist she go into hospital for drug and or alchohol dependency, in fact, it wouldn't surprise me to learn, it was he who was keeping her dependent. And, he's gone out of his way to prevent from having to produce a DNA sample so that doctors, lawyers, judges, determine who really is the parent of Danielynne. The guy deserves to be locked up. I put him in the same category as O J Simpson, Scott Peterson, but worse, because he's supposed to be a good guy, representing the law and all that is good. I sure wouldn't want him looking after my affairs.

Howard Is Guilty!!! I can't wait till they arrest him. He killed Anna and he killed her son. I think Ann knew this and thats why Howard did her in. What kind of jounalist were interviewing her and never questioned if she was high or not. Who knows maybe they could have saved her life. That was really bad jounalism, its so sad. I cant't wait till Larry gets his daughter.

My every impression was that Howard K Stern loved Anna, perhaps a little too much? When Anna would be spending time with someone else, especially another man, he often looked a tad jealous, and clingy. This was even obvious on her reality show. I would find it hard to believe that he could or would want to harm Anna in any way. However, I am disturbed by the reports that I have heard of his extreme interest in making as much money as he can since her passing. Through exclusive interviews offering lucrative payment. And through his negotiations with Larry Birkhead, demanding her property and control of Danielynn's trust fund. I do not think it adds up to murder, but it is still disturbing to see him acting so mercenary at a time like this.
