What does Howard K. Stern have to hide in the Anna Nicole Smith controversy?
He's the man who went from being Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer to claiming he was her boyfriend and the father of her baby girl.If all of this is true, then what does Howard K. Stern have to hide? If he really is Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern's biological father, then why won't he submit his DNA and Dannielynn's DNA for paternity testing?
Some say he is doing it to 'honor Anna Nicole's wishes.' I ask, should a man who helped shelter the former Playboy model and reality star from the rest of the world while she fostered a methadone addiction be allowed to live out her requests? The simple answer is no.
While she was alive, most of us suspected that Anna Nicole Smith was drugged up the majority of the time. Now after her death, it has been confirmed that she was a regular methadone user.
Today a California judge denied Larry Birkhead's request to require that Howard K. Stern submit his and the baby's DNA. Basically Birkhead wants Stern to put up or shut up. The judge did, however, say he could change his mind in the coming weeks as he studies the controversy.
So is Larry Birkhead or Howard K. Stern the father? Birkhead seems confident while Stern seemingly has something to hide.
I guess it will all come out soon. Either way, my heart goes out to poor Dannielynn.

Well I hope and pray that Howard brings his daughter up even if he is not the biological father as it takes a good mn to be a father and that he is Anna wanted him not Birkhead to b the daddy she did not want dickhead to be the daddy and who can blame her the nasty e-mails he wrote to her after her son died were absolutely disgraceful keep strong Howard and hope you have a happy life with your daughter Patricia from Scotland
I am sure that all this “commitment” thing and Howard‘s “father roll” was made by necessity - just because of investigation on Daniel death. Howard needed to cover his butt- and he “medicated” and “brain washed”and “consult” her appropriately. Guess what, I am not surprised by Anna, not by Stern, but by the system. How is it possible that people openly run from the law, ”illegally ”get permission to live on Bahamas , live in somebody’s house, try to ripe the owner, commit falsification of documents and clears freely, Just because Stern is a lawyer? I found cases like that, a big insult to mid class people of America. I am sure that if I were Anna Smith then things would be “solved” in 24 hours by the books..
Anna Nicole was in no frame of mind to give custody to Stern and lie about it. Stern was her drug provider, so to prevent the drug supply from being cut off and facing reality, and responsibility, she chose the murderer as the daddy, becuase she could have her drugs that way. That's all she cared about in the end, the drugs. Stern knew it, and he knew she was going to be money for him. He is slime. He's already responsible for Daniel's death, Anna Nicoles, and now there's the daughter. They say it happens in 3's. Is the judge going to give this child a death sentence and not give this child to her rightful parent. The parent that stood up to Anna Nicole about her drug problem that fought to get custody of the baby before Anna Nicole died. Stern is about as evil as they come and if he gets away with it, he's shown he can master the system, and becasue he is a lawyer, it is laughing in the face of the law. My question, what has he got on some of the judges, that they aren't immediately making him provide a sample of dna. If it were you or me, we'd have no choice but to provide that DNA. He's got money and connections and he's using them to his fullest advantage. Hopefully he does not get custody of Danielyne.
Anna Nicole did not look out for her daughter, mother's who care about their children aren't running around with every kind of guy out there taking methodone. She didn't learn after Daniel her son died. She continued to take the drug and Stern, a lawyer who knew the law, knew what Daniel died of and helped end his life, brought Anna Nicole to the place she is at today. Is the legal system going to sit back and watch him destroy yet another life, totally wiping that family out. This is just a baby. It's time Stern was stopped.
Stern should be charged, and be made to take DNA. Otherwise the legal system is a farce. Come on judges, do the right thing. I don't care if he's a lawyer, he's a deceitful one who used his pwoer, privilege, to cause harm. He needs to be brought through the legal system like anyone else. Stop protecting him. I don't care what judges, lawyers he knows. The man is guilty. He's manipulated the system. If justice is not served here, it opens the door for even more corruption within the legal system. This is wrong and hopefully a judge has the courage, and integrity here to do the right thing.

Anna Nicole only wanted people around in her life that were going to do as she said. That included waiting on her hand and foot, saying yes to her every whim and giving her all the drugs she wanted. She didn't want anyone around her that would question her behaviour, say no to her, or do the morally correct thing. Danielynne's only hope is that she get away from Stern. Two people (that we know of) died in his care, with illegal drugs that he helped provide and or administer. They say it comes in 3's. He's not going to want Danielyne around for long, just long enough to collect the money. Wonder what drug she'll die of.
Why does everyone assume , that because Howard stern was with Anna that he controlled her. It was the other way around. She told him what to do & he did it. He loved her as a woman & as a friend & she loved him as her best friend. No one can be blamed for something an adult woman does. I hope Howard is the father for I think he is much more mature than Dickhead who only wants the spotlight. He acts like a 17 yr old & I sure hate to see that baby be raised by him. People are so narrow minded that they can't think for themselves. Don't believe everything you hear from the news media. They only want ratings & they would crucify someone if it got them what they want. You might be in a situation like Howard Stern one day. Give him a chance. If he is guilty of anything it will come out. Don't bleive the lying Thompsons & Shelly's . They have something to hide. Just because they are rich, they feel they can steal & lie or whatever they want to do & get by with it. Makes me sick.
I agree with the posting by Anonymous on March 21st. What has Howard K Stern done in the past to prove he is a gold digger? Was he ever convicted of anything, or is this just the media trying to make someone look bad? As the last posting by Anonymous says, Anna was the controlling one. If Howard had told her to stop taking the meds (like Larry tried to do), she wouldn't stand for that because she won't tolerate anyone telling her what to do with her life. This is why she left Larry - because he wanted her to stop taking all of those meds. Howard, on the other hand, was always by her side. I don't think Larry can afford to the baby the lifestyle she deserves. Howard is the executioner of the will, so what is Larry going to do - try to get that reversed? I don't see that happening.
