Is Stallone importing steriods?

Sylvester Stallone has been busted from importing human growth hormones to Australia.  At first he told reporters it was "a minor misunderstanding" and he "just didn't understand some of the rules here".  Custom officials down under don't buy it.

On Monday, the actor was charged with importing 48 virals of a human growth hormone.  Sly's private jet was searched after arriving in Australia last month to promote the latest installment of Rocky.

Local tabloids say that after the customs service began investigating, members of his entourage were seen throwing items out of the window of his five-star hotel room overlooking Sydney Harbour.

The case was adjourned until April 24th after Mr Stallone's lawyer asked for a six-week delay to allow time to gather material from overseas. The magistrate said that Stallone will not have to appear in court.  The maximum fine is about $86,000 US, but he evidently faces a smaller fine because his case is being heard in local court.
