Howard K. Stern stalls inquest into death of Anna Nicole Smith's son
Howard K. Stern, representing the estate of Anna Nicole Smith, has once again stalled the inquest into the death of Smith's son Daniel.
Stern seems to be very concerned about using a jury since they would be able to recommend prosecution if they decide that Daniel Smith's death was a homicide. Today Stern's attorney, Wayne Munroe, made a motion to halt the trial until the Bahamian Supreme court has ruled on whether or not each juror should fill out a questionnaire to guage any bias.
Earlier this week, Howard put the trial on hold by challenging the use of a jury altogether. Stern must be super delusional because hearing this inquest without a jury would go against 300 years of Common Law Tradition.
This stalling seems a lot like the actions of man guilty of murder. What always makes Howard K. Stern think he is above the law?
The judge and jury are expected to hear 40 witnesses, two of which are nannies who will testify that Anna Nicole Smith was overheard blaming Howard K. Stern for Daniel's death. This alone to could turn this into a homicide and put Stern behind bars.
Anna Nicole's estranged mother Virgie Arthur isn't expected to testify, but she says won't miss a day of the trial. She is also starting to get fed up with Stern's stalling.
"I'm very disappointed with the delay tactics they are using," Virgie told reporters as she left the court. "But I'll be here every day. I'll be here until the end."
This isn't the only case involving Stern and Arthur. Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead is challenging Stern's paternity of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn, but Howard keeps stalling that case too.

HOWARD K STERN = MURDERER
lay off Howard, I thought America meant innocent until proven guilty...As we all know, Anna was NOT murdered, therefore, why on earth would he hurt someone she so dearly loved, when he himself loved her so dearly....? This is ridiculous that eveyone plays in the media games...The media looks for ways to get air time, anyway they can...and people fall for it.let the man be...he is grieving....As far as the mother, she needs to go back to Texas...she didn't attempt to find, visit, or make amends while Anna was alive, so go home.....she ONLY wants to money...and the baby so she can hurt Howard more...since she of course blames him, eventhough Anna was not murdered....anyone, who knows anyone with an addiction knows that you cannot make them stop unless they want to, and yes sometimes you let them do things you know they shouldn't because at least you know where they get it...if she had not gotten RX's, she would have gotten it from the street, which could have been worse...GROW FREAKIN UP AMERICA AND TEND TO YOUR OWN BUSINESS, NOT OTHERS...

My opinion is that Howard has always been obsessed with Anna-she was manipulative and used people for what she could get from them. Have you ever watched her show? Everyone ran around her like lil slaves. They both used each other. Her son was no different from most of Hollywood kids- he used drugs. He had a mother that I'm sure loved him, but was emmotionally vacant. How could she possibly have been a good mother if she const. slept and did that many drugs? Daniel prob came to the Bahamas, wanted some drugs, asked Howard for some and took them. I don't think for a minute that Daniel did'nt know what he was taking-I don't think Howard held him down either. Now, is he a dog, too? Of coarse! He needs to hurry all this paternity stuff up and give that precious baby to who she belongs to before she gets screwed up, too. I hope that if the baby is Larry's that he can somehow turn around and sew Howard for everyday that went by that he was unable to see his baby!!!!!
Isn't it an illegal conflict of interest for Howard K. Stern or any of the other attorneys listed on the "Will" to represent Anna Nicole Smith's estate since there is an obvious legal conflict of interest because he may be guilty of legal malpractice and ethical violations and he may be guilty of conspiracy to commit medical malpractice, who knows, he may have poisoned Anna Nicole Smith's son, and because the "Will" was never filed in any court and the "Will" gives Stern and his buddy attorneys all control of all assets of the estate?
Didn't talk show host Rush Limbaugh get accused of crimes for taking too many prescription drugs from too many doctors?
If Stern knew that Anna Nicole Smith was taking multiple prescriptions from multiple doctors, then isn't that an ethical violation that would make him lose his license to practice law for not reporting this crime of his client?
When an attorney knows his client is committing a crime, isn't it an ethical violation that will make his lose his license if he does not report the crime to authorities?
Why aren't the Broward County medical examiner and the Seminole Indians being investigated for possible fraud and corruption?
Why isn't the Judge in the Bahamas being investigated for possible fraud and corruption?

What right does Virgie Arthur have to be upset with what Howard Stern and his "delay tactics", when she herself delayed her own daughter's funeral for almost an hour to get her own way???
Howard K Stern is creepy. He hovered over Anna like he was obsessed. There is something so not right about this whole thing. He is not acting in the child's best interest, and his own actions are making people wonder about him. It's obvious that they fled the US and went to the Bahamas purposely to cut Larry out of his daughter's life. They even got their residency illegally with that whole house scam. Howard would not be a good father to this girl, and she deserves to grow up with her biological father not some weird, creepy guy who was obsessed with her mother.
Howard is without a doubt, a creep, and I wouldn't put it passed him for him to be a sociopathic murder. Howard used Anna, he flaunted her like the cheap whore she was dried her up. She met Larry, fell in love- and BANG she's gone. As for Daniel I wouldn't be suprised if he got scared and tried to stop Howard and Howard said- "You are the weskest link, good bye." excuse my gameshow puns. To be honest, OJ was more of an innocent man than Howard. AND, there is no way in genetic hell that it is his baby.
As for you Virgie bashers, back off. Even though she isn't the greatest woman in the world she's still the grandmother and hence should at least have her respects. All Virgie wants is for Anna's body to be buried in the family plot with her son. You guys make her out to be this wretched woman but in the end, BLOOD is thicker than the paperwork of a lawyer. My mom didn't have the best relationship with her mother but I still got to see my grandmother.
Howard is cheap, he's a manipulative sociopath, and I wouldn't be suprised if he did murder her. Why the hell else would he hire a pitbull lawyer like Sanchez. Unless you've got something to hide, you wouldn't pay for her.
