It is pretty evident that something is not right with Howard Stern.

He is trying to prevent any piece of truth from coming to light. That is pretty interesting that most of the drugs were prescribed to Stern by Anna Nicole Smith's pyschiatrist. I don't remember hearing that from Berber in his report. Interesting little detail he glossed over. He didn't seem to have many answers when grilled by Greta.

1. Stern is trying to prevent details in the DNA results of Dannielynne and Birkhead from being made public. Stern keeps insisting he's the father and says birkhead has his dates mixed up, but yet Stern refuses to let the results be known, or to under go tests himself
2. Stern is doing what he can to stop Danie's inquest from taking place in the Bahamas
3. Anna Nicole Smith died of a drug overdose - taking drugs that were prescribed to Howard Stern
4. Howard Stern made a video of Anna Nicole Smith while drugged and out of it and indicated it would be worth money, and he was making fun of her state
5. Anna Nicole Smith was isolated by Stern and kept in a drug induced State, Stern supported her alienation from her parents
6. Stern was unsuccessful in his profession, and Anna Nicole Smith kept him in riches
7. Howard K Stern felt threatened by Birkhead who was going out with Anna Nicole Smith; and was upset that Anna Nicole Smith did not see Stern as a romantic partner- he was her legal representative at the time, and her yes man
8. Daniel, Anna Nicole's Smith's son became suspiscious of Stern, the way he was keeping his mother on drugs and isolating his mother, his jealousy of Daniels relationship with his mother and he felt he was trying to control her. Daniel sought the counsel of a private dective and feared for his mother's safety and well being and wanted Stern investegated just prior to Daniel's death
9. Daniel dies of a methadone overdose, and other drugs are invovled while in the hospital room where both Anna Nicole Smith and Howard Stern are present.
10. Howard Stern is seeing flushing drugs down the toilet immediately afterwards
11. Anna Nicole is overheard by her nannies of accusing Stern of being responsible for Daniel's death
12. The two nannies are then fired
13. In the meantime Birkhead initiates a challenge for custody/Dna for Dannielyne. Howard Stern refuses to provide a DNA sample
14. Stern's name appears on birth cirtificate, but we learn it is done fraudulently
15. Anna Nicole Smith is shown in interesting situations with different men while "supposedly" being romantically linked to Howard Stern, she is known for not always treating Stern with respect.

Anna Nicole Smith's mother Virgie Arthur goes on Nancy Grace and warns Anna Nicole that she could be the next to die, that she suspects that Howard Stern is plotting to kill hre and tells her to be careful, she says he is responsible for Daniels' death - but Anna Nicole Smith is too drugged up to understand - she's in denial, HOward Stern has complete control over Smith
18. Some of Anna Nicole Smith's friends fear for her safety, they feel Howard Stern is up to something suspiscious
19. Stern and Anna Nicole smith - marry sort of, but don't actually marry - apparently, there is specualtion that wives cannot testify against their husbands

She is taking a mixture of drugs, and by this time also has developed a severe infection because an unclean needle was used to inject her full of drugs and the needle goes in deep. There are claims by Stern that he did not administer them, but it was clear in Anna Nicoles' condition that she could not walk over to get them - they were in a duffle bag away from the bed. Stern denies giving them to Smith. Actually, Stern denies a lot of things,
20. In spite of having a temperature over 105, Stern apparetnly on Anna Nicole's request, does not take her to hospital, and instead tries to treat her with light antibiotics, leaving her to check out yachts
21. The inquest into Daniel's trial is approaching in March and Anna Nicole is supposed to be a major witness at the trial, one where the finger is being pointed at Stern
22. Anna Nicole Smtih dies at the Hard Rock hotel, there is a lot of suspiscion around her death
23. The owners of the home she is staying at in the Bahamas's suspect foul play and remember being asked by Anna Nicole previously that if anything should happen to her, for them to take possession of her personal belongings if HOward is not there.
24. They enter the house, remove Anna Nicole's personal belongings, computers, etc, and turn them over to police as evidence
25. Howard K Stern tries to charge them with robbery, break in
26. It is learned that there are some suspiscious pieces of information on the computer and other personal belongings of Anna Nicole

28. Stern tries to claim Anna Nicole's death was a suicide, that she was depressed over the death of her son.

30. Stern continues to try and prevent info from being revealed in the DNA results of Dannielyn, he tried to prevent Birkhead, and Virgie Arthur of seeing her

Stern tries his stall tactics with the legal system with respect to the inquest into Daniel's death which is taking place in the Bahamas, saying he won't get a fair inquest into Danniel's death because of all the medai, he is trying to prevent this inquest from going through when he learns that the person in charge of this inquest is a no nonsense type, wanting to get at the bottom of things
32. Stern continually tries to block the legal proceedings in Danie's inquest as well as the media from getting at the truth. He has hired some pretty dynamic lawyers to protect him.
33. Stern stands to gain a lot of money, as long as Dannielyne is considered his daughter
34. We learn Stern was made power of attorney by Anna Nicole, and there are some concerns about her will
35. We learn that Stern has not been taking care of the affairs of Anna Nicole Smith, he does not pay off taxes for her company, it is bankrupt and he is about to lose Anna Nicole's house in the Bahamas.
36. Stern is not acting like an innocent man. He does understand well the legal system and he continues to manipulate it
37. Anna Nicole Smith's father accuses Stern of murdering his daughter; he claims, no one held a gun to Anna's head, but someone sure kept her pumped and supplied with a lot of drugs and that murder is murder.
38. I'm certain I've missed some details, and there will no doubt be more suspiscious details surrounding Stern that get leaked out in the next while. If it were anyone else, there woudl be charges laid. But Sten is a lawyer, and knew what he could get away with legally, and how to work around the law. He is clever to the law.
39. Stern's defence, is having an offencive attack, he never reveals or submits to anything. If he has nothing to hide, why does he continue to hide information, not submit certain dna testing?
40. Do you think it was coincidental that Anna died just before Daniels inquest? If Anna Nicole had pointed a finger at Stern, where would that leave Stern now?
41. He stands to inherit a lot of money if he can avoid tests, inquests, and manages to get around the law.

Hopefully, his lawyer charges him so much money, that he is left penniless.

I know if this were to go to court, where there was jury, Stern woudl be found guilty. There is just too much evidence to support wrong doing here, and that's just from the information we are privy to. There is a lot more evidence that we don't know about and we may never know about, that could really sink Stern. It is evident he was largely responsible for Anna Nicole's death, and no question he is also linked to anna's son Daniel's death. The man who allowed and enabled Anna to take drugs, who even had drugs made out to him to keep Smith dependent on the drugs and on him, has clearly broken the law. There is no question that he gave Daniel the drugs that killed him. He was jealous of Daniel's relationship with Anna Nicole, and probably felt threatened by it. If Daniel was able to drive a wedge in between Anna and Howard, Howard would not be sitting on the gold mine he is right now. And, what did Howard do to earn that money? That is probably one of the reasons Stern tried to keep Anna Nicole away from her family, mother, becuase she had warned Anna Nicole against Stern.

Will Stern get away with murder twice? Or will he finally be stopped? That is a big question. He clearly is more than just an enabler.

If Howard Stern would go to such lengths as to illegally get drugs prescribed to him to be given to Anna Nicole, does one not think he could do other illegal things, above the law? That is a very interesting situation given the fact that Howard Stern is a lawyer and is supposed to represent law and order; who clearly knows right from wrong.

How do we know Anna Nicole even knew all the drugs she was ingesting? If most of these drugs are made out to him by her doctor, is it not feasible to believe that both Howard and her doctor have broken the law and may be covering up for one another? What did Howard stand to gain if Anna Nicole died?

What else is Howard Stern hiding? What else in the Daniel case has not been made public? Will Dannielyn'es former Nannies and come forward to reveal what really happened with Howard Stern?

Is this another OJ Simpson case? Will we later see a book on the shelf years later released by Stern called, What If... Or will justice finally be served and the legal system finally get it right and Stern be held accountable for his wrong doings. Time will tell.

Where there is smoke there is usually fire, and in this situation, I feel there is an inferno.

Why did Perper not reveal that the drugs Anna Nicole smith took were made out to Stern in his initial report - and were made out by Anna Nicole's pyschiatrist? That is fairly crucian and important information. It reveals Stern committed an illegal act. Why was it not reported; is this not being investigated? I am glad Greta was able to question Perper on this, and he had no answer. There's probably a lot of things that were not revealed in that report. If Stern could commit one illegal act, it certainly would indicate he could commit more. Stern knows the laws. He's a lawyer. There is no excuse for this.

A job well done to whoever wrote the timeline of events on the Anna Nicole tragedy.
Let's cut to the chase. Howard is response for Anna Nicole and Daniel's deaths. He supplied her with the drugs. The doctor who wrote prescription also bears responsibility too. Word! You do not need a science degree to see this. Dr. Perper, I believe, must have been paid off. I know the the doctor who did the autopsy on Daniel's body seems suspicious too. He seems to be in Howard's favor. Money will make an otherwise honest person do some very unethical things. When I compare Vergie to Howard, she comes out looking like an angel. He has got his nerve to talk about Anna's wishes. When you are in a drug induced state, you are not thinking about where you want to married. I believe that being married in the Bahama was all Howard Stern's idea. There, he could control Anna and her fortune without anyone interferring.

Question. Was the doctor Khris Eroshevich that prescribed the meds to Stern, that Stern injected into Anna Nicole, was that doctor in on something with Stern? What was the connection; were they working together to get some money out of the deal? This doc prescribes drugs to herself, 9 to Stern and two to Katz, whoever he is, probably a Stern alias to feed Anna Nicole drugs. And then, claims to be Anna Nicole's friend. With friends like that, who needs enemies.

And Khris Eroshevich claims she couldn't possibly imagine what had happened to Smith, some accident. Yah, right. This babe is in it right up to her neck along with Stern. Why are these two not being charged?

Khris Eroshevich says when questioned, on the cause of Anna Nicole Smith's death, she feels it's going to be something mysterious, debateable. She would know darn well what contributed to the death, she prescribed all the drugs to Howard Stern, herself and some Katz guy, all given to Anna Nicole, when Anna Nicole wasn't in a position to take, ask, or give the drugs to herself.. Not only is it illegal, Khris Eroshevich was supposed to be Smith's, friend. personally, I feel Eroshevich and Stern were working together - the drug prescription says it all, and maybe expecting a nice little settlement soon. Obvioulsy Stern had the cooperation of a doctor to pull it off. And Perper keeps this nasty little story quiet, knowing full well what was done was illegal and quite possibly murder. How convenient Perper.

I do not understand myself they also said Anna was sitting in an empty bathtub shivering she was so sick she did not know what she was doing. and about the night she had the fever of course when your that sick you cannot think, I would have not even questioned anyone in my family. I would have made sure they went to the hospital. I wonder why Perper is now disclosing what meds belonged to whom? why is he doig this now ? does he not know this will just make things worse?

About taking Anna Nicole to the hospital; Exactly Joy. Any decent caring human being would have done just exactly that. I believe the information on Anna Nicole's meds' who the prescription belonged to got leaked, and Perper is responding to Greta's questioning. I am not certain if he intended for the public to be made aware.

Interesting this evening on CNN, et, the Private investigator of Daniel Smith came on. He said the police came to see him just after Daniel died because his card was found on Daniel's body. He said that Daniel came to see him because he was concerned about his mother and Howard Stern. He said Daniel hated Stern and Stern hated Daniel. He said he feels Daniel may have said that he was having Stern investigated, and this may have upset Stern and he killed Daniel. THE private investigator indicated that he felt the deaths of Anna Nicole and Daniel are connected.

Question: Day 1- They depart the Bahamas

Why did they bypass their destination of Ft. Lauderdale, fly directly to Miami, land, then fly back to Ft. Lauderdale? Were they picking up or dropping off -- someone or something? Was the baby the pick up? Was the boat there in Miami and who was on the boat? The explanation HKS gave when asked about this strange travel route was that it as a "mix up" with directions? Sounds more than odd. So much doesn't make any sense!

Question: Autopsy Report - The day ANS died.

WHO was the "OTHER MALE GUEST" that left at noon, with Moe, HKS, and King Eric GIBSON? The report states that Moe left to some supposed errand, while "THE OTHER MALE GUEST" left with the others to the boat.

WHY is this mystery male guest - his name, purposely left out of the official report while everyone else is included?

Who esle was there and what importance does he hold in order for Dr. Perper to come to the decision that he should not be named?

Why is this "OTHER MALE GUEST" being protected?

Anna Nicole Smith's physician pal Khristine Eroshevich is haunted by the memory of her last chat with the tragic model, because she begged her friend not to leave her alone.

Eroshevich, who was in Florida with a vacationing Smith, admits she was with the star in the days leading up to her death and recalls her final conversation with her friend.

She says, "She was taking a bath and she was shampooing her hair and I had been with her in the morning. That was Wednesday. I was going back and forth, saying goodbye and she was crying, and she said, 'Please don't leave me,' and I left."

The Bahamas-based doctor tells US TV news show Entertainment Tonight she has felt terrible guilt ever since her friend's death a month ago.

She adds, "I often think, 'Should I have stayed? What would have happened?' Certainly, I could have saved her."

And Eroshevich is keen to play down reports Smith died after suffering a fever, revealing her late pal was recovering from an illness when she left her.

She explains, "She wasn't well... She did spike a fever on Monday night but she got better really quick... I never thought that anything would happen to her. I called that night and was able to find out what she had eaten... and she was doing well. I called in the morning too. I never dreamed (she'd die)."

I totally agree that there is some really illegal and fishy things going on in connection to Anna's and Daniels Death. I fear for little Danielynn.
Howard is a very guilty person, he will stop at nothing to get when he wants, money, lots of money. The time line posted above is awesome. I concur that Howard, the Doc & Perper should be prosecuted.
Someone said that Birkhead was looking for money. I disagree, I think that he has acted honestly and in good faith of the baby, even prior to Anna's untimely death. I believe he was wanting to be "part" even prior the Anna delivering the baby. I hope and Pray that he is the natural father, can get the baby away from Howard, share her with her other family (like Vergie) and live happily ever after, as best they can anyway, without a mother for that beautiful baby. In Canada it isnt easy to get methadone....and if you do get it , your urine is tested weekly for other drugs, and if you have any drugs in your urine, you dont get to have your methadone takin home, you have to go in daily to retrieve it.

And gawd for bid if you sell it or give it to someone else it is a criminal offence!!

Last but not least.....I have broken my toe before and my hospital has only prescribed ADVIL!!

There's no question - the man is guilty. Finding OJ simplson not guilty didn't make him less guilty, or make me change my feeling any on his guilt. Expensive lawyers can work wonders, they can play with the law. Luckily for Howard he can afford one of those lawyers because he's draining Anna Nicole's estate of the money; he was her power of attorney.
