Brooke Shields trapped on set

It was a horrific scene in New York City became trapped with her two small children.

Brooke Shields and her kids were trapped and helpless on the set of her new NBC series "Lipstick Jungle"... trapped in her trailer.

Okay, so it doesn't sound that bad and it probably wasn't... but my sources tell me that the crew went into a state of panic!

They unsuccessfully tried to pry the door open, and one crew member ended up crawling through a window to free the helpless family.

I'm sure it sucks to be stuck in an A-list trailer for a few hours.  They must still be recovering.
