Anna Nicole's baby daddy paternity tests on hold

I think Larry is the father. The baby looks nothing like Howard, thank goodness. I don't like either, yet she was a woman who did not make good choices in men either, but I do admire her, she's been through alot.

I think it is horrible that this poor child is living with someone she believes is her father, in a home that she has always lived in, and now may be uprooted to live with someone else who NOW wants to be a dad, when this wasn't an issue 6 months ago. I think anna really loved her daughter and i doubt she would be happy knowing what has happened since she died, this is a real trajedy and makes me think about what will happen when i die and if all my wishes will denied. She obviously wanted Stern listed as the father, and planned to raise the baby with him.

Anna kept Howard by her 24/7 for 10 years. I think that should say it all. She was in control and could of changed a lot of things. Obviously she was with who she wanted and who she wanted for the baby's father. What other man stood beside her 24/7?? I don't see them coming out of the woodwork. Leave Howard, Danielynne and Anna alone; they have been through enough.

so Loretta, you think that we should just leave them alone the same way we left Anna and Daniel alone? That's a great idea! Next Dannielynn will end up dead, and then we can send other children to live with Howard K. Stern. Maybe he can replace the death penalty too! Wake up woman.

It's horrible that little Dannielynn has been left with Stern who himself is a drug user and may have played a pert in both Daniel and Anna's deaths. The baby should have been handed over to US child protective services as she is a citizen of the USA and given a DNA test right away!

I believe that Howard K Stern very strategically aligned himself with Anna-Nicole Smith. I believe that he saw in Anna, a very fragile and vulnerable woman who he could easily manipulate and control. She was his ticket to fame and fortune. Anna may have looked like she was the one in control, but I'm sure that Howard pulled all the strings in the background. It is my belief that he played a part in Daniel and Anna's death. He saw the vulnerability in these two people. They trusted him, and he encouraged them to take the drugs "to ease their pain". He knew quite well that these people had addictive personalities and would find commfort in the prescribed drugs and abuse them. With Daniel and Anna out of the picture, Howard could then control the last link to Anna's estate...Dannielynn. I believe that Howard is fighting so hard to keep Dannielynn inorder to protect his own interests. Once this matter is resolved, true paternity realised and Dannielynn placed with her rightful father, that will be the end of Howard K Stern. When this media circus is over, he will return to an ordinary life and disappear into oblivion just like yesterday's news. He doesn't want that. With each new appeal and with more controversy, comes more interest in a story that he can sell and profit from. I'm sure an autobiography is next about his life with anna. He can write whatever the hell he wants...the deceased can't protect themselves.

I am not fooled by Howard's attempts to appear sincere and heartbroken. He spent years by Anna's side because of the free ride and the ultimate prize...control, fame and fortune. I believe that Anna felt sorry for him and kept him around, because during thier time together, she had relationships with many other men...how could she love Howard.

I too pray that Anna's beautiful baby Dannielynn spends he life with a family that truly loves her. I am sure that Larry is her biological father and will be a great father.

Liz: Larry has been fighting for a DNA test since the baby was born and he's been saying he was the father all along. He didn't start this after she died. He's been fighting for a test, but Anna wouldn't allow it. he raised concerns about her drug use while she was pregnant, too, because he believed she was carrying his baby. I truly don't believe he is out for the money. He just wants his daughter if she is truly his.

Floyd: How is Larry a leech? howard is the one who had no money of his own and Anna paid for everything for the last 10 years. He admitted that in court. Larry was upset about Anna's drug use, and her drug use while pregnant. I don't doubt Howard loved her, but I think Larry loved her, too. he wanted her off the drugs, Howard obviously didn't. He enabled her. So again, how was Larry a leech?

Howard had many years of advising Anna...he had a HUGE influence on her life. She had many lovers during this time. Howard only became her lover close to the end of her life. Sounds like a great incentive to hang around for so long.

I think it is wrong for the child to be held from her father. She is 6 months old...once the DNA test results came back she should be released with her real father, not the person who pretends. That baby looks just like Larry Birkhead...nothing like Stern. And I think that Stern had a part in her death. I mean come on its a known fact that he used Anna just to get money...he drained her for money...you dont do that to a person.
Anyway...Larry Birkhead would be a wonderful father. He said the other day on tv that he had a nursery altogether just for Dannielynn, with clothes and everything, he knows that she is his baby.
