Will the body of Daniel Wayne Smith be moved?

Anna Nicole Smith waited for a while to bury her late son, Daniel Wayne Smith. If you thought he might finally be resting in peace, you may be wrong.

Smith's estranged mother says she wants to dig his body up and relocate it to Texas, if she is granted permission to bury Anna Nicole there.

The judge plans to rule by Friday.
