The battle for Dannielynn

Now that wacky Judge Seidlen has ruled to give custody of Anna Nicole Smith's body to her 5-month old daughter, we are left wondering who will get custody of little Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.  That's the expected topic of debate in Friday's court room circus in Florida.

Lawyers for Smith's ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, filed a motion in a Florida family court asking for an emergency hearing to be held Friday morning to request that a DNA sample be taken from Dannielynn.

Birkhead reached an agreement with Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, and Smith's most recent companion, Howard K. Stern, to bury her in the Bahamas near her son, Daniel on Thursday.

Today's court hearings are expected to go back to insanity as a whole list of men begin to explain how they could possibly be Dannielynn's father.

Imagine the stories this kid will have to tell on the playground!

The judge is going to rule on that today. Larry Birkhead will have custody next week.
