No R.I.P for Anna Nicole Smith
It doesn't look like Anna Nicole Smith will get to rest in peace any time soon.
The court appointed attorney who is responsible for making arrangements on behalf of Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, said he is doing everything he can to get the late Playboy model in her final resting place. However he doesn't see anything happening before Tuesday.
Attorney Richard C. Milstein said in a statement he was working as quickly as possible on the funeral details barring further interruption.
Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, has filed an emergency motion Friday asking Judge Seidlin to reconsider his decision. We still do not know whether we will rule on that emergency motion. If he doesn't, Arthur is likely to appeal.

this is sad and pathetic.
By letting Virgie Arthur hold up Anna from resting in peace next to her son, we allowing her to have the last laugh. Anna despiced her mum, and made it quite clear and quite publicly on more than one occasion. The mum was not even allowed on Daniel's funeral. What right does she have now to claim that Anna wanted to be taken off to Texas with her? I think this is a huge disregard of Anna's wishes, and who she was and what she valued.

The mum was not even allowed on Daniel's funeral and Anna was furious when Virgie ended up at his grave side, and that too because Splash paid her to do that. Virgie is doing this not out of love, but out of spite. All Anna wanted her whole life was to be pretty, and she was very pretty indeed. Would she want her last memory as decayed and disfigured? I really hope that Anna is able to get to Bahamas and still able to have the Marilyn Munroe like beautiful funeral that she wanted.
All the judge did was continue to enable even after her death. She was a stone-cold addict who would do anything to continue her habit including her son't death which probably was the result of the drugs in her room. This woman gave up the father of her baby and moved to another country so she could contine taking drugs. Her body belongs to her family. Virgie did not enable Anna and spoke publicly about her daughter needing help. She turned her back on everyone except Howard who let her do exactly what she wanted and wrote that crazy will not allowing any other children born to her to inherit. Who in god's name would do that, except someone willing to sign anything so she could still get her drugs.
think no one should consider what Anna Nicoles feeling were, she appeared out of her mind most of the time

Anna Nicole was a product of our times, pure pop culture, obsessed with 'celebrity'. Famous only for her looks, and from 03 the grotesque freak show that was the Anna Nicole Show. After that this woman was a sad, lonely, utterly hopeless creature for people to ridicule. She got there because of her childhood and upbringing. She does not belong to her mother, because if she did, her mother must accept responsibility for her vile, often ugly life. As a result, she certainly does not deserve her. The only good thing in her life seemed to have been her son, and it is him she must rest with. If she does not, he will be left alone, would any mother want to leave their child alone in another country? No she must be with him.

If Anna wanted to be buried in Texas with her mother she would have never buried her son in the Bahamas and then buy 3 more plots so that they could all be together in death. Her mother says she loved her daughter, then how could she possibly do this to her. Doesn't sound like a loving mother to me. Maybe Anna was right about the abuse from her mother. I don't know any parent that would do this to their children if they loved them. She needs to be able to rest in peace next to her son. It doesn't matter how she chose to live her life, She had to bury her son, she chose to do that in the Bahamas. She knew she wanted to be buried with him if anything happened to her so she got 3 more plots. She knew that her Mom had already bought her a plot in Texas, if she wanted to be buried there she would have buried Daniel there. Its so sad that not only was her life a circus her mother has to make her death one also.
Anna Nicole lived a wild and crazy life and in a few years, no one will remember her anyway. Burying Daniel in the Bahamas was a drug induced action. Moving to the Bahamas was a drug induced action. Virgie knows the hatred Anna expressed about her in the videos was drug induced. Now that drugs will no longer play a part, Anna Nicole's final resting place should be next to Daniel, in Texas, their home, where she grew up, got married and where his father still lives. What's the logic in burying her in the Bahamas? They didn't even know who she was until the circus began.
