Lawyers wont let judge determine Dannielynn's paternity
"If we knew who (Dannielynn's) natural father was, in this limited area, it would help the court. It would help me tremendously," said Judge Seidlin in a Florida court Tuesday morning. "If there is no objection by the parties here today," Seidlin said, "I'm going to assume jurisdiction of the paternity matters."
Seidlin is actually the judge who is supposed to be deciding who will get Ann Nicole Smith's remains, and he obviously feels like the baby's father has some sort of right. However, the lawyers won't have it.
"They don't want to do it. The moment is not right," he said. "We're going to proceed in this trial without that bit of evidence coming in."
This is definitely going to be really long and really drawn out. It will likely be a while before Anna Nicole Smith rests in peace.
