Kevin Federline requests full custody in emergency hearing today

I am in shock that so many people are pulling for Kevin Federline in his battle against former pop icon, Britney Spears, in attempt to get custody of their two infant boys.

As we first reported earlier, K-Fed has requested an emergency hearing TODAY; and now we are getting confirmation that he will make an attempt to get full custody of both Jayden James and Sean Preston.

Federline and Spears have joint custody until the end of the month under a temporary court order issued on February 1st, but a spokesman told the GaySocialites that K-Fed is ready to argue that the matter of custody needs to be decided now and is urgent enough to be fast-tracked.

I am also hearing that the Spears family is supporting Britney and have confirmed that the boys are safe, and practically off limits to the washed-up out of control pop tart.

Spears was in rehab for a day this week, but checked herself out for a second time in less than a week.  She has evidently checked back into a third rehab facility today, despite the scheduled court hearing.
