Judge suggests Anna Nicole Smith to be buried in Bahamas
After six days of fighting, Broward Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin said he wanted Anna Nicole Smith buried next to her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas. Avoiding a final decision, Seidlin granted the rights of Smith's remains to her infant daughter, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.
He didn't make it as clean cut as Howard K. Stern may have wanted. The judge instructed Richard Milstein, a lawyer he appointed to represent the baby, to seek a consensus between Stern, Smith's mother Virgie Arthur (who wanted her buried in her home state of Texas) and Larry Birkhead (a former boyfriend who claims to be the father of Dannielynn.)
TMZ.com is reporting that Judge Seidlen used this case as a way to build a tape for his own reality TV hopes.
