Shane, your friend has already broken that so called "cardinal rule". Friends should always come first and since he chose to date an ex of yours against your will, hes not respecting your wishes. "Bro's before Ho's" baby. He has absolutley no consideration for your feelings. You don't even owe him the time of day. You should always protect your friends but only if they are going to equally protect you back. I don't think your friend has your back, just the backsides of your exes.
