Britney checks out of rehab AGAIN

Looks like even rehab can't keep this bald party girl down!  Britney Spears has checked herself out of rehab again. 

And according to K-Fed's bff... her estranged hubby and her family are all stepping in to help out.

"He has put his career on hold right now to focus on his kids and his family — to try and get Britney better," the pal said. "The girl has gone bonkers and everyone is shocked the kids were still in her care. But her mom, Kevin and her dad are all in L.A. right now trying to take care of her."
