Bahama's Immigration Minister resigns over Anna Nicole scandal

The man who granted Anna Nicole Smith residency has resigned from his position as Bahamas Immigration Minister due to the recent controversy surrounding his relationship with the late model. 

Photos of Shane Gibson and Anna Nicole laying in bed together surfaced after her death. Even though they were both fully clothed, the pictures were shady because Gibson had fast-tracked her application for permanent residency on the island chain.

He released this statement:

"I want to apologise to all persons who may, in any way, may have been offended by anything that I have said, done, or perceived to have said or done,'' Gibson said on state TV, declaring that he was resigning.

Howard K. Stern told Entertainment Tonight that these were pictures of Gibson visiting Anna Nicole Smith while she was in the hospital aftering giving birth to her daughter, Dannielynn.
