Anna needs to go with her mother, & her mother said she will also get Anna's son. Dannielynn also needs to be with Anna's mother, & Dannielynn has the right to know who her real father is. Howard is a murderer & he has taken someone else's baby.

If anna nicole wasn't famous there wouldnt be all this drama, her mom should rightfully decide where she is buried. As for Dannielynn i believe anna's mom should take custody until the test conclude who is the father and if none of the men are anna's mom should keep the baby. Because right now that is her only true known relative who is fighting for her.

It saddens me that such a fiasco goes on...There is a child whom nobody seems to care about...who is the father? Anna is dead and of course she would want to be buried with her son! This is a joke. What are we doing here? Get a clue everyone.....This baby is left without her mother and the priority should be, who is the father? Bury Anna with her son!!!!

Howard, are you the father? If you are, let DNA prove that. For god sake, you are an attorney....We all know that it could be anybody's child...and with that being said, what will happen to this poor little girl who asked for nothing. She was born into to this world and now all this.

Doesn't anyone see what's going on here. Ana Nicoles mom has no right to claim her daughter's body. she hasn't spoken to her in years. It's so obvious Ana hated her and it's on record. All that family wants it's the money. They're going to use Little Dannielynn. Ana's love was her son. Let them be. I believe the Photographer's the father and she should get custody of the child. I want all of you to take hold of your senses and look at the big picture in this tragic saga that has been turned into a money cow for all involved but one participant. Anna Nicole was a 39 year old woman, yes people 39, so any drugs, illegal, prescribed or over the counter, is her sole responsibility and choice. In all her TV interviews and even her reality show, showed she was a woman very much in charge of her life and the people around her, she was obviously emotionally troubled by her childhood and early years of her adulthood, and regardless of weather she was famous or not, she would have used some form of destructive behaviour to fill that void she carried. If having her son and her daughter couldnt stop her from her taking pills and destructive behaviour, there sure as hell was no hope any man or woman could make her stop. So please give Howard a break for christ sakes. Now to her mother, it is very clear to the world, that Anna hated this woman, she has had nothing to do with this woman since 1995, that is long time to keep your mother away from you, and no body does that without absolute cause. For her mother to take money from media outlets to go to the Bahama's and lie all over Anna's sons grave is disgusting, would your mother do that to you and treat your dead child like an ATM machine, I dont talk to my mother and as cold as she is, I know she would never stoop that low, and then after that, have the ordasity to go into a court house and fight over her body, so she can bury her in a place that Anna didnt want to be, in a place away from her son, if she gave an ounce of shit about her daughter, she would have done evrything in her power to bury her daughter with the son she loved beyind life itself, with a dignified service that followed. This woman knowing her daughter is decomposing as we speak, loses her petition and then appeals, if you can not see how sick that is, then I am frightened for your state of mind. Still not happy destroying a peaceful goodbye to the daughter she loved so much, she continues to rub Anna's nose in it, by applying for custody of her child, knowing full well, Anna wanted her no were near her child, dont you think that this woman who made Anna miserable in life, could at the very most, do the right thing by her in death. Now lets move on to Larry Dickhead, he has got to be the most sniveling, attention getting idiot going, everytime you see him on Tv, you will notice, he is constantly looking about making sure the camera is right on him, and when he finds it he gets that little smirk on his face and just laps it up, next time you see him on the tv you watch and see for yourself and when they show old footage on Anna, you will notice he is always in a corner looking for the camera or learing at Anna, but dont take my word for it, check it out yourself. This guy has made so much money selling pictures and interviews it crazy. What the hell he was doing at the hearing for Anna's body is so beyond me it is incredible, and that smart mouth bitchy lawyer of his, is a pain in the arse, and how dare she sit in a court room that she should not be involved in anyway and call the father of Danniellyn a murderer of her mother. Yes that's right folks I said father, regardless of what Birkhead believes or Virgie Arthur and any other moron that thinks they are the father, their is at this point only one father of that little girl and that is Howard K Stern. He is listed on the birth certificate, was present at the birth and has cared for her this far in her life, but most importantly Anna has said on many occassion that he is the father, so until they lay Anna to rest and he has been given the time to greive the woman he has stood besided and lived with for over 12 yearsand as Anna has said was the only person on the planet she trusted, that he was her best friend and in time a man that she loved deeply. He was the one that held her hand when Daniel died, the man that woke in the night to attend to the baby when it was unbearable for her to get out of bed. So when he is finally able to grieve and get some peace then Birkhead can have his DNA test. Until then he is daddy, he is the one entitled to bury anna in the manner she made very clearly to him and the world. He is the only person in this whole saga, that wants to carry out Anna's wishes, everyone else are fighting to crush those wishes, why is that? The answer to that question is simple, these pwople are not in this for anna or danniellyn, they are in it for their themselves, so before you all start knocking Howard, look at the situation realistically for gods sake. Even if it turns out that Howard is not the father, I would still not give custody to anyone else but him, can you imagine how messed up that kid is gonna be if she is left in the other two hands, that are greedy for money. Weeping whilst on the Bench. Indeed! If a judge acted like this in the UK he would be off the Bench and into a Psychiatric Unit for assessment of mental stability.
Howard Stern is not Dannielyn's father. That baby does not bear any resemblence to him and as a nurse midwife with 40 yrs experience, female newborns bear striking resemblances to the father in the first few weeks of life. This baby ought to have very dark hair and a somewhat darker skin tone.
Howard Stern aggravated the death of young Daniel by giving him methadone in a dose that his mother could probably tolerate but not an 18 yrs old.
The baby needs to be apprehended by Social Services in the Bahamas and a DNA sample tested. Stern has $$$ signs engraved on the pupils of his eyes. The general feelings among my friends and colleauged

What kind of father would follow around a 8 1/2 month pregnant wife videoing her, loaded out of her mind while telling her how much the video was going to be worth!!!! If that was the father of this child indeed, he should be removed of the privledge regardless. Howard is the one selling the footage and private life stories of Anna, he is the one who is directly responsible for her death. The only thing that stopped his ass from getting away with murder is that she accidently died in Florida and he is being stopped from whisking her off to the Bahamas to hide from the world like he is doing with that child. If that baby was yours or your kin what would you think of the way this stranger is hiding her from the world and her real family. No, I do not believe that the mother should have anythig to d with this baby! God, look what she couldn't do with her own daughter. But Larry the real father is the only chance this child has to be raised in a loving family. If he fucks up then there is nothing any one else couldhave done anyway. Howard on the other hand was under suspicion of killing her son as well as her now, why the hell should he be trusted to have ths child a thousand miles away from anyone that counts. Any of us who know anything about co-dependant relationships know that Howard was the perfect one in position to set her up for faliure ans well as death and turn her from her family as well as the rest of the world after the death of her son. Anna went along with his direction because she was wasted emotionally as well as physically. If that woman wanted to really marry him than she would have.

In response to Jennifer, I understand your feelings and myself have gone from having the same feelings you have expressed to my stand point on the issue now. The following is what put the situation in focus for me. Firstly, Howard after speaking directly to those in the entainment industry as well as entertainment lawyers, has not recieved or will recieve any monies for any interview/story, but as all mediia outlets are required by law to pay a commission to a person that has the said interviews aired over and over, will recieved royalties, Howard has wavered his right to that commission, instead all royalties will be paid to Daniellyn via a trust that he himself has set up for her. As the trial in Bahama's proceeds these arrangements will be made known to the court, I am unsure if they will be made public. Secondly, the clown footage, that you refer to was actually on the hard drive of the computer that was stolen from Anna's home, by a gentleman that made close to a million dollars for it. That film could have been doctored in many ways, and as it was stolen, we have no right to comment on it, unless we are 100% sure it is queniune, so we could go back and forth all day, and neither of us could ever know for use if we are right or wrong, so I think at this stage it would make sense for us to stick with the parts we do know for sure. Thirdly, Howard was not with Anna when she died, he was out all morning organising the boat that he and Anna had come to Florida to pick up, putting blame on anyone that has lost a loved one is incredibly harsh, I think at the very least we could wait until a cause of death is issued before we point our fingers at anyone, and even then, it is hard for me to blame anyone if drugs are involved. Co depentant does not equal murder, it means that this person, as much as I am sure he tried, couldnt get her to stop, and so he more then likely tried to keep it at bay as best he can, but regardless her problems, he would still love and support her, he chose not to be another person in her life that would walk away, no one else in her life stood by her like howard, he truly was her best friend. Now on to Larry, out of the players in this tragic saga, he has made more money exploiting Anna and that baby more then anyone, I am not sure if you saw his testimony in florida, but when he was on the stand he was asked to read some emails that he had sent to Anna just five days after her son died, and the things he said to that woman was disgusting, cruel and a very clear picture of the type of person he is. I dont think anyone wants that baby to be with a man that was so cruel to her mother, after she lost her son. Larry regardless how the DNA test goes, is still going to come out of all this a millionaire even if it means dragging a dead woman thru the mud. Finally, Danniellyn is not with strangers, she is with the only father she has ever known, if you get an opportunity to watch some footage of him, Anna and danni, before anna died, you will see that he doted on her and danni, hovering around them like an old woman at all times, whilst it is really cute and nice to see, the main thing that resonated from ir was a man that loved those girls more then anything. As for howard keeping her from family and the rest of it, virgie stated very clearly in court that she herself had not made an attempt to contact anna since 1995, so you can not keep a person from people that didnt want contact in the first place. Anna told the world very loudly what her mother was, that larry is a money whore and finally that she loved howard very much and that he was the father of her baby, he was the only person she trusted and held her hand as she grieved the death of her son. Is howard perfect? no he isnt, but he did love anna, he was their with her for 12 years, he loves Danniellyn and of all the people involved, he is her best chance, so with all his faults, nothing compares to what the other parties have done to hurt Anna and her daughter. He will keep her memory alove for that little girl, no ine else will mak sure of that.

Nic,I also agree with you a 100%.The mother should also go back to texas,she wasnt there for anna and the child before and she shouldnt have a say now.Mom should be ashamed of herself for what she is doing.I cant imagine a mother doing what annas mother is doing.
