A post death trip to the supreme court for Anna Nicole Smith?

CW11 in New York is reporting that Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur is considering the possibility of taking her case to the Supreme Court.

Arthur wants the body of the former Playmate buried in her home state of Texas.   At this point, everyone really seems to be leaning towards the Bahamas.  At this point, the ruling stands that she can be buried on the island nation beside her late son, Daniel, as per the court appointed custodian of her 5-month-old daughter, Danielynn, who was left to make the decision.

At first I had a soft spot for Virgie, but now I am getting sick of everyone.  Whether she was of 'sound mind' or not, she bought her plot and should be laid there.

And just give the damn baby to Larry Birkhead

GO BACK TO FUCKING TEXAS REDNECK BITCH. ANNA NICOLE HATED YOU!

Destressed Mother said:

Anna Nicole may have hated her Mom, merely because she was trying to get Anna to stop the drugs, and did not agree with the way she was living her life. Virgie may have been using "tough love" on Anna Nicole. No one, not even Howard knows the truth, he only knows what Anna told him. And we all know, she was out of her mind most of the time. Don't judge until you have walked in Virgie's shoes.
