Equinox janitors file suit over gay sex in bathrooms
The six men's suit says they were "exposed to in appropriate, lewd, embarrassing and humiliating sexual behavior and activities occurring in the showers, saunas, steam and [men's] locker rooms" that they then had to clean up at Equinox clubs around Manhattan.
Equinox says the charges are "frivolous," and sexual exhibitionism is not "an issue." Riiiiiight!

finally!!! it's disgusting. REGARDLESS of whether the people are straight or gay! and for the user above... idiot... You wouldn't hear about this cuz there aren't CO-ED bathrooms at gyms enabling heterosexual people to have sex... think all aspects through before you get up on you skanky soapbox.

They aren't co-ed either, but people still do it. Hetro sex happens in change rooms too, it just isn't a big deal cause it's straight.
I think it's fckn stupid that it becomes a different story when we're talking homosexual.
