Vivica A. Fox was busted earlier this week for drunk driving by the California Highway Patrol.
The CHPs pulled Fox over for speeding when they spotted Vivica in her silver Cadillac SRX driving on Los Angeles' 101 Freeway "at a high rate of speed" and swerving out in and out of her lane.
The cops clocked the 42-year-old actress going 80 mph and observed that she was showing "signs of alcohol intoxication."
After a little detox, Fox was booked and released on her own recognizance. She will also have to appear in court at a later date.
The Harry Potter franchise has been in the news a lot this month. Emma Watson, who played Hermione Granger, is calling it quits. JK Rowlings is going green by offering an energy conscious publication this time. And of course Daniel Radcliffe is bearing all in an on stage production of Equus that is likely to be picked up on Broadway in the near future.
Out of all this news, Daniel Radcliffe's naked play seems to be getting the most attention. Over the past month, I have gotten tons of e-mails asking me publish pictures of Radcliffe's naked 17 year old body. A fellow blogger even offered a few hundred pucks if I could locate the pictures for them.
I am sure my publisher would cut off my harry potter if I posted pictures of a 17-year-old boy on this site!
The simple answer is no. I will not publish the pictures of the boy wizard's nakedness here, and I will not sell the photos if someone sends them to me.
Radcliffe is a 17-year-old boy, and in America that is technically considered child porn.
Designer Anand Jon seems to be in deep trouble as more allegations on sexual offenses have surfaced. We first told you about this story last week, now the finger pointing has really began!

Anand Jon, 33, who has dressed celebrities including Paris Hilton, was last week charged with rape and a string sex crimes on three people -- two women and a 15-year-old girl.
Prosecutors yesterday announced a series of new counts involving four additional alleged victims, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Country District Attorney's office said.

The same people who have banned gays from marching in the New York City St. Patrick's day parade have just banned New York's bravest too! The fire fighters will still get to march, but they won't lead the parade as they usually do.
The chief organiser of the annual St Patrick's Day parade in New York, which takes place today, has incensed the city's firemen by accusing them of turning up drunk and making the Irish look bad.
Members of New York's fire department - many of whom are Irish-Americans - will no longer be marching at the head of the 246-year-old parade after they were accused of skipping planning meetings, ignoring direction and spending the day getting drunk.
Many New Yorkers revere their firemen - popularly dubbed "The Bravest" - as the heroes of the September 11 terrorist attacks on the city. The slur on their good name has caused widespread anger and prompted interventions all the way up to Michael Bloomberg, the mayor.
Isn't this holiday all about getting drunk? I thought that was the purpose of this parade.
During his radio address the Mayor said,
"Usually, I march with the Police Department the whole way. This time, I'll try to march with the Fire Department as much of the whole way as I can. My advice to the guy running the parade is: Look, nothing's perfect. Lighten up! You have rules. Rules are there to be guidelines. Don't enforce 'em at this level."
Many members of the New York City council are marching in Dublin to support openly gay city council speaker Christine Quinn who is not welcomed to march in NYC due to her sexual orientation.

A well known fashion desginer has been charged with rape, sexual battery and lewd acts on a minor. He is being accused of assaulting two women and a 15-year-old girl.
The Indian-born Anand Jon said (through an attorney) today that the sex was consensual and suggested the women were lying because he did not make them famous.
"He's very distraught. He's never been in jail before," attorney Ronald Richards said.
Anand Jon has made cameo appearances on America's Next Top Model and was named by Newsweek as one of it's people to watch in 2007.
Well we won't be watching too much of him if he's behind bars!

This isn't the first time Coulter has showed her biggotry in public. She has previously put "even money" on a bet that future president, Hillary Clinton, will come out of the closet, said former president, Bill Clinton, shows "some level of latent homsexuality," and called former VP Al Gore a "total fag."
