UK's Daily Mirror is apologizing for publishing a photo of Prince William's girlfriend after Kate Middleton made a formal complaint to the Press Complaints Commission (PCC) about a photo published in their paper.

Richard Wallace, editor of the Daily Mirror, expressed his "regret" in this statement. 

He said: "The Daily Mirror has always steered a sensible course in the use of photographs of Kate Middleton and other public figures.

"On Thursday we published an innocuous picture of Ms Middleton walking down the street with a cup of coffee.

"It was taken by a freelance photographer in circumstances where we were later told she felt harassed. We got it wrong and we sincerely regret that."

Kate Middleton has repeatedly complained about press intrusion in the past. 

We told you earlier today about hottie Prince Harry getting into an alleged scuffle outside of a London nightclub, well it looks like his sexier older brother Prince William (soon to be King) has some drinking troubles of his own.

Wills is set to marry his long-time girlfriend evidently asked another woman back to his room for drinks.  According to news.com.au, William was dirty-dancing on a platform at Elements nightclub in Bournemouth.  The other lady is Lisa Agar, some random engineering student.

"He was very affectionate and touchy-feely. And he definitely wasn't a shy boy. But not once did he talk about Kate. It was as though she didn't exist," she said.

Tsk, tsk Wills.  Maybe the future king isn't ready to settle down yet!

Those British Parliment members sure are a bunch of gossips!  The hold farts told the London Evening Standard that Prince William has revealed his plans to marry his girlfriend Kate Middleton. 

A House of Commons select committee also told the newspaper that Wills talks freely of his marriage plans.

However, the prince's PR people vikings over at the castle say it ain't true.

 "Prince William has no plans to get engaged."

That's the statement.  Wills and Kate met at St. Andrews University in 2003 and have been dating since.
