Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas, whose real name is Jaime Luis Gomez was Tuesday night for marijuana possession after he was pulled over for toking and driving.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's officials said that Taboo was arrested at around 11:30pm on Tuesday as police were called to the scene to check out a non-injury car crash.

When police searched Taboo's car, they found some marijuana and some prescription drugs that he didn't have a matching prescription.

Jaime Luis Gomez Black Eyed Peas' Taboo was booked for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving under the influence, and having a prescribed medication without a prescription. All are misdemeanors and Taboo was released after posting a $5,000 bail.

No one was hurt in the fender bender.
