Nicole Richie has been collapsing left and right while taping the upcoming season of the Simple Life with her co-star Paris Hilton.

Last week, Richie blamed hypoglecemia.  Now, Nicole has a new diagnosis for herself.  This week she'll be blaming altitude. 

She said in an interview with Britain's OK! magazine: "The hours I'm doing are really crazy right now and we're working up in the mountains.

I was getting my hair and make-up done one morning and I turned the heat up to 90 degrees, which I know I probably shouldn't have done - but I like it really hot in the room.

I hadn't eaten breakfast and I asked for a bowl of cereal. But it had to go through 15 people to even get to me. I walked outside and I wasn't feeling myself."

Nicole, also announced in October she was seeking treatment for an "inability to gain weight".

I still say diagnosis is hunger, but then again -- I'm not a doctor (but then again, neither is she!)

Meanwhile Nicole is working hard these days!  Rumor has it that she will be launching her own perfume line soon too!

Reality star-socialite Nicole Richie has had to stop shooting the Simple Life twice now after falling ill.  It first happened last fall, and it happened again earlier this month.  Now the doctors say she is hypoglycemic.  In other words, she has low-blood sugar.

"She is taking steps to manage it," her rep said.

So what does that mean, she's going to start eating more?   

According to Wikipedia, hypoglycemia is usually treated by the ingestion or administration of glucose, or foods digestible to glucose.

So in other words she needs to eat?  It took a doctor to tell her that?

On the upcoming season of the Simple Life, Nicole and her once again best friend Paris Hilton will be camp counselors.

Socialites Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie are heading to fat camp.

The two skinny girls obviously don't need help loosing weight, the trip is for the latest installment of their reality show.

According to E!, the fifth season of the Simple Life will have the ladies working in the Southern California Hills as camp counselors.

Each week will have a theme, and E! Reps have confirmed that one episode will feature a weight loss/ fitness camp.

This should really be interesting since neither Hilton or Richie are poster kids for healthy living.

During her younger years, Nicole Richie was hooked on heroin.  It looks like she is resorting back to old ways -- sort of... this time she's evidently hooked on pills. 

According to a source quoted by InTouch Weekly, Richie is not just taking pain killers.  She's also taking Adderall, a drug normally perscribed to those diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Insiders say Nicole has been using Adderall - a prescription drug normally used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and is a powerful appetite suppressant.

"She loves Adderall because she stays awake, and it makes her not want to eat," says a close pal. "And she takes it even more when she's filming."

Although her rep denies that she uses the drug, a pal says Nicole's actually increased her dosage: "She's taking more and more lately."

Richie also confessed to smoking weed when pulled over last year for driving the wrong way on the freeway.

Nicole is currently shooting the latest season of her hit reality show The Simple Life with co-star and once again best friend Paris Hilton.

Well, one thing we have learned from Anna Nicole Smith's death is that celebs can get a note for whatever they want in Hollywood.

After being examined on set by a staff doctor, Richie was rushed to a local hospital where she received intravenous fluids for 15 minutes before being released.

What's next exhaustion?  Get well Nicole!  I'm sure they're expecting you at some hot parties tonight lol!  A socialite's work is NEVER done!!!!!
