Madonna's big gay brother Christopher Ciccone is going after her again. This time he's knocking her new look.

Talking about her appearance in the Michael Jackson tribute at the VMA's, Christopher said Madonna "looked like Rachel Zoe gone horribly wrong!"

It looks like someone needs some attention!

Ciccone added. "It proves the point that you can judge a person by the company they keep— or don't keep. … It's painfully apparent that Jesus may be able to turn water into wine, but your basic blow dryer eludes him."

Ouch! And he had to go after Jesus too!

If you'll remember, in his tell-all book - Christopher went after Guy Ritchie as well!

Lord have mercy on Madonna! This recent photo of the soon-to-be 51 year-old singer show nothing more than skin, bones, veins and little bit of muscle.

Is Madonna sick? That doesn't seem to be the case. I called my trainer, and he says that this happens a lot when people are on low calorie diets and an extensive work out regiment. Still, it can't be healthy.

Madonna, of course, is in the midst of her Sticky and Sweet tour. That means the Material Girl is probably working out like mad and very dehydrated.

Surely she doesn't think that looks good... right?

Madonna is back home and recovering after a horse back riding accident on Saturday in the Hamptons. The Material Girl's people say the paparazzi are to blame!

Madonna's people released this statement: "The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend.

Being the fit old lady that she is, Madge said she as fine. Her peeps, however, took Madonna over to Southhampton Hospital to get checked.

This isn't Madonna's first horseback riding accident. She did the same thing a few years ago in the U.K.

The rumors are true! Madonna was actually at New York City's gay bar, the Ritz, on Monday to celebrate her personal trainer's boyfriend.

HX Magazine reports:

The Big M kept it quiet and cute, sipping cosmos upstairs at the private party with her new Brazilian boy toy from that W Magazine spread in tow. The hottie apparently brought along a mix CD for the occasion and insisted that DJ Xavier play the whole thing. During Bianca Del Rio’s show, a random contestant in the “Name That Artist” contest mistakenly identified Britney’s “Gimme More” as a Madonna track. The crowd was aghast, but Bianca saved the day giving Madge her blessing to come get all Chris Brown on the ditzy chick.

I'd be more excited to see her Jesus-like model boyfriend. He's smokin' hot!

Alex Rodriguez had a very busy Thansgiving holiday bouncing around between ex-wife Cynthia, the kids and Madonna.

In the morning, he met with his manager. The morning went to Cindy and the kids, then by afternoon A-Rod was back at Madonna's home.

That night, Alex and Madonna were spotted partying with bachelor billionaire Jeff Soffer and his new affair Gwyneth Paltrow. While A-Rod is shacking up with Madonna this weekend, Jeff and Gwyn are evidently getting cozy over at his place fueling rumors that Paltrow is splitting from hubby Chris Martin.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie mean business when it comes to getting divorced. Maybe Guy just wants to get as far away from Madonna as possible, but either way - their divorce could be granted as early as Friday!

London's High Court lists "Ciccone M L v Ritchie G S" as one of 17 cases for "matrimonial and civil partnership causes for pronouncement of decree" on Friday.

If the judge grants them a simple divorce, everything will be final in six weeks and a day.

Evidently Madonna and Guy have reached a divorce settlement that allows her to keep most of her fortune as well as joint custody of their two kids. The two boys, Rocco and David, will split their time between the U.K. where Ritchie lives and the U.S. where Madonna lives.

Madonna is doing everything she can to hold on to the attention of potential concert goers. While sweeping through California, Madonna picked up former lovers Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake for a special performance.

Britney and Justin didn't perform together, like many expected. Spears and Timberlake performed during two different songs during Madonna's show Thursday night show at Dodger Stadium.

No word on whether Britney and Justin mingled back stage or if their paths even cross.

Madonna took the high profile opportunity to stand up for gay marriage.

"I am the luckiest girl in the world," Madonna said, "but am sad because African-Americans are equal finally, but gay marriage is not."\

The biological father of Madonna's adopted baby David is speaking out about the Material Girl's divorce from hubby Guy Ritchie.

Yohane Banda, who has been trapped by the media before, is talking again. This time he has some thoughts on Madonna and Guy's separation.

"I am still a poor farmer with nothing to offer, but maybe [David] would be better off back with us."

As for the terms of his adoption agreement:

"They promised to take good care of him and always remember he was from Malawi. That's why I let them take him. Now I feel let down and disappointed, really shocked."

According to a report in the Daily Mail, Mr. Banda added, "It feels like yesterday that Madonna promised me a happy life and good education for him. I thought she would take him away from the danger of malaria and other diseases that kill children here, and that she would let me know that he was happy."

"I have never heard from her since the day I agreed to let her adopt David. She has sent no photographs or news. I suppose she just wants him for herself."

When show photos of David with Madonna and the new family, Banda said, "'He doesn't look happy in this picture. He looks bewildered. If there is no love in the family, is there any love for him?"

Despite the fact that Banda wants David back now, I seriously doubt he will have much luck!

BREAKING NEWS

It's true! Madonna and Guy Ritchie's representatives have confirmed today that the power couple is definitely getting divorced.

In a joint statement from Madonna and Guy, the couple confirmed the gossip and news that broke over night in the U.K.

The Ritchies have been married for 8 years. They have one biological child together and one adopted son. Madonna also has a daughter from a previous hook-up.

Evidently, most of the divorce will be handled in London despite the fact that Madonna wants the case heard in New York.

Madonna is to perform concerts Wednesday and Thursday in Boston as her "Sticky and Sweet" tour continues. Ritchie's latest movie, "RocknRolla," recently opened to mixed reviews.

We'll keep you posted as we learn more about Madonna and Guy's split.

Here's the new cover of the The Sun making claims that a Madonna and Guy Ritchie divorce is "imminent".

The Sun source says that Guy and Madonna “can’t bear to live with the pretense any longer”, so they're going public with their divorce.

“The final straw came before Madonna started her US tour," the source said.

“Madonna wanted a highly stage-managed separation, with their split being announced when it was convenient for her."

“She didn’t want the distraction while she is trying to concentrate on her tour."

Evidently, now its going to happen! According to The Sun, Madonna wants the divorce finalized before Christmas!

If you ask their reps, it never happened. But according to spies for the New York Post, Madonna and Alex Rodriguez were caught dining together at Dos Caminos on Third Avenue in New York City this week.

People who were dining at the restaurant say you can't deny what they saw! Evidently the Material Girl was having dinner with Rodriguez and some of his male friends.

"Madonna entered through the front door half an hour after A-Rod arrived and had her security guards check the exits before she sat down at a quiet corner table," said one source.

When the alleged get-together was over, Madonna left through one door and Rodriguez left through another.

Rodriguez and his wife, Cynthia, split earlier this year after Madonna started hanging around. Rumor has it, A-Rod was learning Kabbalah. Others suspect it was a full-on affair!

The Material Girl is looking fairly good for 50, despite the fact that she likely just had plastic surgery.

On Sunday night, New York City's imfamous Hot Mess at HK Lounge will celebrate Madonna's birthday with a Madge themed night complete with Madonna trivia and giveaways.

First Toronto fans showed up with Madonna head shots to distract A-Rod, now a Texas minor-league team is holding an "A-Rod & Madonna night."

The Grand Prairie AirHogs are slashing prices to $1 for any couples at the game who claim to "share an agent" or any individual who wear an Alex Rodriguez jersey or come dressed as "any era of Madonna."

Too bad most gay guys don't like baseball. This is right up our alley! Who could ask for anything more than a bunch of men in tight pants and a Madonna theme?

Some Toronto fans tried to throw Alex Rodriguez off his game over the weekend by holding up Madonna photos as the Yankee's player worked the field.

Those Canadians are so crafty. I think it is hilarious!

As A-Rod would pass by, fans held up Madonna's head shots while laughing in Rodriquez's face. From what I'm told Alex and his fellow Yankees didn't find it too funny.

By the way, Blue Jays fans are much hotter than ours... even the old ladies!! What's up with that?!

The Yankees lost 2 out of 3 games in the series.

Maybe A-Rod's mind was thinking of a 'Beautiful Stranger'?

Christopher Ciccone popped up on "Good Morning America" today and continued to trash his sister while pushing his new book, "Life With My Sister Madonna."

Take a look here:

No one is really surprised that the best way to get to Madonna is by sleeping with her or that she is cracking over turning 50, but Ciccone makes some pretty heavy statement's about his brother-in-law Guy Ritchie.

Christopher seems to single-handedly blame Guy for coming between he and his sister claiming that Ritchie is homophobic. Ciccone says he and Madonna were so close at one point that their relationship "was a bit like a marriage." Now the siblings don't speak.

After watching this interview, I am definitely a little turned off by Ciccone's motives.

When you're Madonna's little brother, I guess the best way to get in the spotlight is to steal hers.

As promised, Cynthia Rodriquez filed for divorce from her famous baseballing husband A-Rod on Monday citing infidelity in court documents.

"The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken because of the husband's extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct," according to Cynthia Rodriguez's petition for dissolution of marriage, filed in the family division of Miami-Dade County Circuit Court.

Alex Rodriguez has, of course, recently been linked to Madonna. The Material Girl denies any romantic involvement with A-Rod, but that isn't stopping Cynthia's attorney from pointing fingers.

Cynthia's high profile attorney Earle Lilly says that Alex's relationship with Madonna was "an affair of the heart" – not "sexual infidelity."

"Madonna's name is not even mentioned in the papers," says Lilly. "We don't want the public to think this is an aggressive action against Madonna."

Cynthia and Lilly are accusing A-Rod of becoming entranced by Madonna and her practice of Kabbalah.

This one is going to be better than a soap opera!

Madonna and Alex Rodriguez and their marital problems have basically merged.

Rumor has it Madge is divorcing her hubby Guy Ritchie, and the New York Post is reporting that Cynthia Scurtis-Rodriguez has moved out of the home she shared with husband A-Rod.

It doesn't end there. Evidently Cynthia has moved in with rocker Lenny Kravitz in Paris. And yes, Kravitz previously dated Madonna! Oh, the tangled webs we weave!

The Post is reporting that this is the end to Rodriguez's on-again-off-again marriage even though papers haven't been filed yet.

Kravitz says he and Cynthia are just friends.

"There is absolutely no affair between Cynthia Rodriguez and myself. This is unequivocally 100% not true," Lenny said.

"Cynthia is a friend and is here with the godfather of her baby, who is also Alex's trainer, his wife and their baby girl," he adds.

"She came here to escape from everything happening in New York City. I opened my home to her as a friend and I find it extremely hurtful that I am now being referred to as an adulterer."

Madonna's publicist has denied any affair between she and Rodriguez despite the fact that he has been busted leaving her apartment in the middle of the night.

OMG! This could be the reason that Madonna has secured a high-profile British divorce attorney.

Us Magazine is reporting that the Material Girl has been spending late nights with baseball whore Alex Rodriguez.

The magazine's sources say that Rodriguez has been spotted leaving as late as midnight!

Rodriguez, was evidently at Madonna's Central Park West apartment in New York City shortly after his wife gave birth to their second daughter.

Meanwhile - Madonna's hubby, Guy Ritchie, was in the U.K.

Guy arrived in New York on Monday without a wedding ring and with a miserable look on his face.

Rumors that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are getting divorced are nothing new, however the latest reports from British tabloids are that the couple is turning to Kabbalah to save their marriage.

Madonna and Guy are rumored to be attending "private teachings" at the local Kabbalah center in London in hopes of saving their nuptials.

"They are having counseling, which everyone who goes to the Kabbalah has," a source told the Daily Mail. "We call them teachings and Guy takes them very seriously, but for a while Madonna stopped going. Guy would go to meetings with the children on Friday nights, then Madonna would turn up for the dinner."

Kabbalah is life changing, so if the Ritchies are having problems then it only makes sense to turn to Kabbalah.

Madonna's brother Christopher Ciccone is evidently putting out a "tell-all" book about the Material Girl, and ">Page Six is reporting that Madge is pissed!

"It's extremely graphic and devastating," said a source who declined to give details. "He wrote it on the sly without telling Madonna. They want to put it out before her lawyers can get a hold of it."

Christopher was evidently edged out when Madonna married Guy Ritchie. Ruppert Everett, Ciccone's friend, said Ritchie was "uncomfortable around queens."

Ciccone is a gay decorator and chef. He and Madonna were once very close.

I can't wait for Christopher's book to come out. Madonna and Guy are gonna have a fit!

Hot Mess was definitely messy on Sunday night at we moved next door from Porky's to Snitch. It's a Rock n' Roll bar, but we made good use of the stage and stripper pole.

It might have been 420 day, but fighting was in the air as some drunkard crept his way into Jason Preston's table and started throwing punches. Later in the bathroom, some ghetto queens got in a fight over the toilet that flooded into the street and in true Hot Mess fashion a few lesbos were hauled off by the police.

Inside, the crowd was definitely cute (see slideshow above), and the pop music was blarring.

Steve Sidewalk played the leaked version of Madonna's "Give It to Me" on her album due out Tuesday. The croiwd really seemed to love, and I hate to disappoint - but its the best song on the record.

Next week, we'll be back at Porky's for our One Year Anniversary Party! It's guaranteed to be packed full of surprises!!

New York City DJ Steve Sidewalk just announced on his MySpace page that he will be the first nightclub DJ to play Madonna's newest single "Give It to Me" on Sunday night at Snitch in Manhattan.

Sidewalk and Madonna have a jaded past. The bad boy pop DJ has played leaked Madonna songs in the past making headlines around the globe. Even though he's been 'ceased' by the Material Girl's peeps, Steve still plans to play Madge's music.

Steve will debut "Give It to Me" Sunday night during his infamous Hot Mess party which will be held at Snitch in Manhattan for one night only.

Snitch is located at 59 W. 21st Street in New York City.

Madonna may say she hates New York, but that hasn't stopped her from buying another mega apartment to expand her pad that overlooks Central Park.

The Material Girl was suing her co-op board saying that they wrongfully blocked her from expanding her million dollar home. The New York Post is reporting that Madonna and her hubby Guy Ritchie have put out a contract on a $7 million apartment in Harperley Hall where she has lived for 20 years.

Madonna already has a 6,000-square-foot duplex with its own gym and beauty salon in the same building.

Before you know it, she'll own the whole joint!

Madonna is back in the US, just in time for the elections, and the "Material Girl" has endorsed Hillary Clinton for President.

"I’ve gotta support the girls," Madonna said, "I’m a big fan of the Clintons.”

Madonna and her husband, Guy Ritchie, are going to renew their wedding vows this summer. I guess that should end the rumors that their relationship is on the rocks.

I know that gay men don't often think about whether or not they would 'do' a woman, but what if that woman is Madonna?

According to the girls over at Hollyscoop, Gay fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier claims that he would have sex with Madonna, but she's the only one. 

 "If she'd said yes, I would have had sex with her. Many gay men would," Gaultier said.

I love how he tried to drag the rest of us down with him too!

Madonna and Britney Spears are both making headlines today over deals with their record company.

Madonna is evidently considering an offer to leave Warner Bros. Records label for a $120 million deal with concert promotion firm Live Nation. 

The 10-year agreement would give Madonna cash and stock in exchange for the rights to sell three studio albums, promote concert tours, sell merchandise and license her name.

The Material Girl has one record to put out with Warner Bros.

Meanwhile, Jive Records is boiling under the skin after Britney Spears' Blackout album has leaked on the web.  As we first told you yesterday, Jive is moving Britney's release date up to October 30th.  However, that doesn't seem to be happening.

Media outlets, like GaySocialites.com, have been invited to a listening party on Monday.  We, like most, don't plan to attend as we have already heard the entire album online.

The ballots are out for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with Madonna, the Beastie Boys and John Mellencamp all on the short-list.

To make the list, artistists must have a 25 year old release, either EP or album. 

Other familar names like Leonard Cohen and Queen of Disco Donna Summer are also on the list.

New York nightclub DJ Steve Sidewalk is saying "Sorry" for playing Madonna's upcoming single "Candy Shop" after the Material Girl's people put their foot down.

Steve obtained a copy of the leaked single and debuted the new song on Sunday night at Porky's for the weekly Hot Mess party in New York City. 

DJ Sidewalk spoke exclusively with GaySocialites.com and said he assumed the leak was a pre-release similar to what Britney Spears did with "Gimme More".

"The day after I got an advanced copy of Britney's 'Gimme More,' it was all over the radio," Sidewalk said.  "I assumed the 'Candy Shop' leak was the same sort of thing."

However, that wasn't the case according to Warner Brothers music who asked Sidewalk to cease and desist use of the song.

Steve tells us that a rep from Warner Brothers told him the version he has is not the final cut. 

As we first reported yesterday, Sidewalk issued this public apology to Madonna:

I was contacted by Warner Brothers and they expressed their displeasure in knowing that Candy Shop had been leaked and that I had been given a high quality copy that was world premeired at Hot Mess @ Porky's NYC.

They told me that Madonna is not ready for the song to be released and it may not even be the first single or on the album. It is just too soon and their is no official album release date despite the internet rumors.

I truly understand and do not want to play a song by Madonna that isnt even completed to her satisfaction. I played her song out of excitement for her new music and all I wanted to do was further promote her and get the buzz started at the clubs. But if it is not ready and someone wrongfully leaked a demo copy then it's not fair to Madonna, Warner Brothers or her fans.

I have destroyed my copy of "Candy Shop," and I will wait for the Madonnna approved version of her single when it is released officially by Warner Brothers. Hopefully they will send me a copy but they probably hate me, so I will have to buy it.

Chicken shit!  So after being spanked by Madonna, it looks like DJ Steve Sidewalk will retreat. 

I have to admit that Warner Brothers is being really tight with "Candy Shop."  After receiving a snippet of the song a few weeks ago, GaySocialites.com was also served with a cease and desist.

Honestly, we didn't get the best comments about the song here... so maybe Madge isn't getting the best reviews either.

I heard that New York City nightclub DJ Steve Sidewalk has been slapped with a cease and desist from Madonna's people and Warner Brothers after he debuted a leaked version of one of her future tracks.

Sidewalk played the Material Girl's upcoming song "Candy Shop" for Hot Mess on Sunday at Porky's in NYC in what he called a "world premiere."

As it turns out, Warner Brothers isn't ready to premiere the song.

I also heard that Steve Sidewalk is going to issue at public apology to Madonna and Warner Brothers.  I can't wait!  This is going to be good humorous.

New York City pop DJ Steve Sidewalk is digging deep to stay on top of the latest hits lately. 

After spending last weekend introducing Britney Spears' new track "Gimme More," Sidewalk tells GaySocialites.com exclusively that he has his hands on Madonna's unreleased track "Candy Shop." Steve tells us that he will debut "Candy Shop" on Sunday night at Porky's during his weekly Hot Mess party.

Steve also tells us this could be the world-wide debut for "Candy Shop" in a night club.

"The person who sent it to me says it hasn't been played anywhere in the world yet," Sidewalk says.

Steve joins forces with DJs Adam and J-Roc weekly for Hot Mess at Porky's in NYC.  Sunday's party carries a back to school theme and will be highlighted with tons Fashion Week flair including a giveaway from Marc Jacob's personal collection!

Porky's is located at 55 W. 21st Street between 5th and 6th Avenues in New York City.

             It was 49 yrs ago today that the material girl was born into a world she pretty much now has total control     over. She has graced us all with her presence. You love her or you hate her. She pushes buttons until there is   nothing left to push. Madonna will speak her mind and never turn back.

           When I was ten years old I was given my first cd, it was Madonna's "Immaculate Collection." For a child that never felt a sense of belonging, this cd was it. I  memorized  each track and would dance around my room each and every day. Then I started to watch her movies and concerts. And then I worked hard  as a young teenager. I began to save up money for  concerts. Then it was that amazing feeling. The second Madonna came on stage I went into tears. I believe I was about 16 too. It wasn't just me though. I have been to many of her shows since then and she seems to have that affect on everyone.

                Madonna has and will continue to make history. Her fans are loyal and agressive(like her). They will pay top dollar to sit in nose bleed seats and they will collect her memorabilia to the day they die. They go to Madonna conventions and dress as her on halloween. And lastly, the really loyal/obsessed/devoted ones get tattoos.  My first tattoo ever was this music staff on my upper back. It is the musical  arrangement for her song "What it feels like for a girl."  Happy Birthday Madonna  & may all your wishes come true.

Here's a leaked snippet from the new collaboration between Madonna and Justin Timberlake called "Candy Shop." 

The file has evidently leaked over the web, but is very rare to find.  Of course, we've got it! 

The song reportedly is expected to appear on Madonna's new album which is due out late '07 or early '08.

The album features collaborations with Timberlake, music producer Timbaland, Pharrell Williams and Mika.

As previously reported, in July, Madonna, Justin Timberlake and Timbaland were spotted arriving at a Notting Hill Recording Studio in London to work on her forthcoming project.

UPDATE 8/6/07: Warner Brothers Records, Inc has requested that we remove the link to the song. I guess we'll have to see if it makes her album.

Incase you missed the "snippet": It was basically Madonna trying to sound young again, but it had a good beat!

Madonna and Justin Timberlake are collaborating on some new tracks for her latest album, and DrownedMadonna.com says they got ahold of a leaked copy.  Here's their review: 

"It's a great track. I adore it... more than "Hung Up" and its got HIT written all over it.

It's sort of electronic hip hop. It has that Justin Timberlake beats, with electronic blips and low level groans. It's VERY American sounding, BUT VERY European at the same time. The beats and the bass are very Justin Timberlake, Timbaland etc., but there is a whole electronic thing, almost like Mirwais Light. It's very layered. Her voice goes from deep, to high, to spoken. The music has beats, and groans, and blips, and guitars. There is a lot going on.

This could, very well be just a demo... and it may not end up on the final album... but I'm pretty certain it WILL be the lead single and a great way to kick off a new era."

If you want a spoiler, these could be the lyrics... or they could be phony.  I did, however, get them from Perez Hilton; and we all know how credible he is.

Madonna has released a new song for a good cause. 

The material girl's latest is called "Hey You," and the first million people who download it at www.msn.com get it for free.  The coolest thing is that every time it's downloaded, Microsoft will donate 25 cents per download to the Alliance for Climate Protection for the first million downloads.

Madonna is one of many artists who have signed on to perform in concerts in eight cities around the world on July 7 in a bid to encourage governments, corporations and the public to take action on global warming.

Live Earth founder Kevin Wall released a statement saying that the May 16 release of the Madonna song was "an incredible boost to our efforts to get people engaged in the environmental cause."

My review of the song:  Our publisher, Anthony Lago, forced me to download this song so we could, for once, agree on a review.  We both agree:  It's crap!  But hey, it's free and for a good cause.

Would you believe that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are on a fast track to divorce?  If you see them spotted together happily frolocking with the kids or adopting another baby, then you would assume all is well, right?

Not according to the News of the World.  The website quotes a source that says Madonna and Guy are likely headed for divorce.

"They're in total meltdown and row non-stop whenever they see each other," said one good friend.

The website also claims that Madonna and Ritchie:

SLEEP in separate beds and lead separate lives.

FOUGHT bitterly over adopting baby David.

ARGUE fiercely over Madonna's controlling behaviour.

QUARREL over her obsession with the Kabbalah Jewish sect.

Their source says the problems between Madonna and Guy have been brewing for a year, but really came to a head when Ritchie refused to travel with the material mom to pick out a baby in Malawi.  Madonna eventually settled on her latest addition to the family, David.

Madonna is just one of those divas who has to try everything once.  With singing and acting already on her wiki page, its no surprise that Madonna is ready to take on directing.

The material girl will be stepping into Guy Richie's territory as she takes a stab at her husband's profession. 

This May, Madonna will direct her first low budget film in London called 'Fiflth and wisdom."

Madonna and her adopted son David traveled to Malawi this week with big sister Lourdes in tow to visit with David's biological father Yohane Banda.   Madonna evidently had tears in her eyes when she met Yohane and told him that he is "part of the family."

"David grabbed his father's hair and just laughed and laughed," a social worker in the Sun newspaper said.

"Madonna told Yohane that she was proud to be a mother to his son and that Yohane was part of the family. There were tears in both their eyes."

While in Malawi, Madonna and kids also visited with the orphanage where David was living before she picked him up.

Rumor has it that Madonna wants to adopt a little girl too, but the material girl's peeps are denying it. 

According to the Daily Mail Madonna told hundreds of youngsters at the Home of Hope Orphan Village and told them: "I might take over the orphanage because the pastor here is getting old and is about to retire. If Malawians will work hand in hand with me I will still help Malawi."

So maybe she isn't adopting a little girl, but instead she's picking up a whole village.

Madonna is back in Africa, but her publicist Liz Rosenberg says she isn't there to adopt another baby! 

She is "overseeing the building of a children's health-care center. She is absolutely not adopting another baby," according to Rosenberg.

The center was built in the village of Mphandula, 30 miles outside the capital, Lilongwe, and will house 400 AIDS orphans. 

There is a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for the center on Monday.

Madonna is traveling with the child she adopted from Malawi, David Banda, and her oldest daughter Lourdes.

So... According the website, www.carefair.com, the material girls admits that she went under the knife!  However, this story is in fact wrong!  They picked up an April Fool's day joke and missed the punch line.

CareFair wrote:  "The 48-year old entertainer has admitted to having had a face lift. Madonna is reported to have stated that her face lift “looks great”."

Again, this was originally an April Fool's joke.  The photos below... they're still retouched!  Enjoy!

And we are always asking how someone her age can look so good.  The answer is simple:  photoshop!

Madonna wants Al Gore to be the next president of the United States.

The Material Girl says she wants the former VP to change his mind and enter the 2008 race.  

Gore ran against George W. Bush in 2000 resulting in one of the closest presidential bouts to date.  Even though Al won more votes than George, Bush won the presidency for receiving more electoral votes.

Madonna is no stranger to politics either, in 2004 she pledged her support for Wesley Clark who conceded the Democratic primary to John Kerry.

Is there any chance that Madge is mentioning this to get free PR to help hock her belts and shoes on sale at H&M?

It looks like Madonna will be joining her good friend and League of their Own co-star Rosie O'Donnell on Nip/ Tuck.  Rosie has been a regular on the show since her infamous sex scene with Nip/Tuck star Julian McMahon. 

Creator Ryan Murphy confirmed he is in the midst of writing a role for Madonna.

"I'm going to write something for Madonna, who is a fan of the show and I would love for her to do something with Rosie," he said. 

Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman have also signed on to do future episodes of the hit FX show.

Trendsetting singer, Madonna has come under fire for failing to properly restrain her adopted 17-month-old child in a vehicle.

You'll remember that pop tart Britney Spears faced a smiliar controversy last year when she was seen driving with her first born son on her lap. 

Now, Madonna is under fire.  The material girl's son David was evidently photographed not strapped into a car seat.

The power family was seen leaving the Kabbalah Centre in Los Angeles earlier this, when they loaded their kids into their Escalade and forgot to strap little David into his carseat.

"There was no car seat. (Madonna) sat in the middle row, and they left with David on her lap," a witness told US Weekly.

Then on Wednesday, Madonna allegedly defied the law once again by sitting in the middle of the vehicle with six-year-old son Rocco not properly secured.

Madonna's reps say it ain't true!

"Proper security measures are always taken for Madonna's children."
