Miz Lohan sure isn't acting like someone who learned a lot at rehab.  Maybe she thinks she is above the temptation.

Either way, I'm sure Lindsay wouldn't be looking quiet so 40-years-old if she didn't party so much! 

In this pics she's sporting that tacky hood outside Teddy's in Hollywood.  Friday night she was partying at Parc.  Rumor also has it she will be partying in NYC much more now that she has a free condo to live in while on the East Coast.

Lindsay Lohan does not look too much like a girl who is fresh out of rehab and supposedly feeling refreshed.  Especially since we see Lindsay the most while she's out partying!

This is a photo of Lindsay out and about this weekend in Hollywood, and frankly... she looks like she's 40. 

While out on Friday night La Lohan was spotted at the latest hot spot Parc.  Since rehab she has been also been spotted partying with Jude Law, Robbie Williams and even her mom Dina.

Lindsay was in New York recently to purchase a new apartment.  We were told she was going to buy a condo in the new Atelier building, on West 42nd Street, but developers have actually just offered her the use of it for free to boost their profile.

As a fellow rehab alum, Lindsay also recently dished out some advice to Britney Spears via In Touch magazine.  She said that all the pop princess needs to do is "take it one day at a time."

She's well beyond her years isn't she?  Well, she looks well beyong her years if nothing else!

Lindsay Lohan tells People magazine that is dating someone, but for once the socialite-actress is keeping her lips sealed.  She has, however, confirmed two things... 1) her new beau isnt' Brandon Davis and 2) the mystery man isn't here in the US.

"No, I'm not dating him (Davis). It's no one here,” she said.

Brandon Davis is the sweaty LA club rat who called Lindsay "fire-crotch" on the video that made its way around the web last year.

This leaves tabloids speculating that Robbie Williams may be Lindsay's new man. Despite each making a recent attempted to go through rehab, the two were spotted together in Hollywood Monday night at The Tudors premiere after-party.

Lohan was also seen cuddled up with hottie/ nanny fucker, Jude Law, last time she was in NY.

Both men seem to be a bit out of her age range, but I guess we'll have to wait and see!
