Here's Ashlee Simpson (new nose and all) leaving Parc Saturday night in Hollywood after hanging out with her sister Jessica and her boyfriend John Mayer.  

Evidently Ashlee is happy that Jessica and John are dating. 

"Ashlee loves John," a Simpson pal tells PEOPLE in its new issue. "She thinks he is great for her. More importantly, Jess is happy."

It looks like Ashlee isn't the only one who approves of the relationship.  According to another Simpson-family friend, "John seems very smitten."

Mayer and Simpson have become a lot more public with their relationship.  They just got back from a romantic trip to Rome.  Since returning to LA, they have been been cuddling up just about everywhere.
