         Have you ever thought, life would be easier? What  if I was a man, What if had a different appearance?  Days go by and people lose jobs. Some are to scared to complain, some are happy to be out. The truth is, even your dream job is not worth the pain of discrimination. 

        It is monday at the water cooler, and a Mr. Smith is being ignored for the color of his skin. A Mrs. Doe for her religious backround. Before that sip of coffee is taken, you are being asked about your sexual orientation. Which is none of their buisness. Since when does filing and computer work relate to who you share your bed with at night?  Never assume. In the year 2007, we don't always appear to be what we truly are inside.  Most companies now are equal right employers. Which is more then most people have seen in their lives. In this case, it is not just about sexuality. I have seen a lot of the work world. Companies try to better themselves by hiring people who are different.

         A company that is very diverse is bound to get more buisness. Since diversity makes up a big portion of our world. Whether those differences are based on color, religion, origin, or sexuality. They focus on sexual based discrimination in addition to others. If your fear is losing your job, it is simply not worth it. Your well being and human rights are. The ones discriminating are aware of differences, they just choose not to understand them. Big difference.
