Deal or No Deal: How much money is Heather Mills getting?

nodealmillsmccartney.jpg

There have been tons or rumors going around saying that Paul McCartney and Heather Mills had reached an agreement in their divorce case, but evidently that is just a rumor.

Since Heather and Paul can't reach an agreement, a judge will get to decide how much Mills will get. McCartney is worth an estimated $1.6 billion.

It could take the judge up to a month to go through all of the papers and make a decision. Heather Mills evidently plans to move to the US or France after she gets her dough, out of fear that someone might try to kill her.

Beatles fans are pretty darn loyal! Then again, Heather is a total gold digger.

Pamela Anderson is not pregnant, still getting divorced

In a strange turn of events, Pamela Anderson isn't pregnant after all. I am not sure if she WAS pregnant and exercised her right as woman or if her soon-to-be ex-hubby Rick Soloman started a rumor that he knocked Anderson up. Ugh! I'm starting to get a headache!!

Anderson says the divorce between she and Solomon is still on, and there is no fear of child support getting in the way. Pam says Rick started the rumor by telling friends that Anderson filed for divorce simply because the pregnancy has her "acting crazy."

The following day, Pam posted a simple message that said nothing more than "no" on her website.

"I wish him the best. It's a can of worms. Big, fat juicy worms, but worms," Anderson later said about the divorce.

In short, there's no baby coming as Pam Anderson and Rick Solomon end their short marriage!

Linda Bollea "Hogan" wants half of Hulk's fortune

Mama Hogan must be the one who knows best, because Linda Bollea "Hogan" is going for half of everything in her divorce from legendary wrestler Terry "Hulk Hogan" Bollea

In addition to half of the assets, Linda wants:

- An unspecified amount of alimony and child support (Linda wants primary custody of their 17-year-old son Nick.  Hulk would get "liberal visitation" rights.)

- Terry Bollea to pay for Nick's health insurance.

- The Hulkster to take out an insurance policy to cover child support for Nick, if necessary.

Linda also says that if she and Hulk can't decide who gets what out of all their houses, cars, jewelry, etc... then it should be sold and the money made should be split 50/50 between Linda and Terry.

Hogan also wrote in her divorce petition states that the marriage is "irretrievably broken."

It definitely looks like this one is over.  I guess it is a good thing that Hulk Hogan is hosting the new American Gladiators.  He might need the money to keep up with all this.

The Bolleas were married Dec. 12, 1983, in Los Angeles.

Linda Hogan files for divorce, reporter tells Hulk for first time!

Linda Hogan has dropped a bomb on her wrestler husband, Hulk Hogan, by filing for divorce and not even telling him.

The Associated Press is reporting that Linda filed for divorce from Hulk (born Terry Bollea), and that the infamous wrestler found out when questioned by reporters on Friday.

A reporter told Hulk Hogan that Pinellas County court records showed that the paperwork was submitted by Linda on Tuesday.

"Thank you for the great information," Hogan told the reporter.

"My wife has been in California for about three weeks. ... Holy smokes," Bollea later told the newspaper. "Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me."

Representatives for the Hogan family seem to be dodging the issue.

On their Vh-1 reality show, Hogan Knows Best, Terry and Linda have some marital problems that are resolved before the end of the show.

On Nov. 7, Hogan's son, 17-year-old Nick Bollea, was arrested on reckless-driving charges after a car crash. Clearwater police said Bollea crashed his 1998 Toyota Supra on Aug. 26 while street racing against a silver Dodge Viper driven by a friend. A report said Bollea was driving faster than 60 mph in a 40 mph zone.

Bollea's passenger, John Graziano, was not wearing a seat belt and was critically injured. Bollea, who was wearing a seat belt, was not seriously injured.

The Hogans moved to a $12 million bayfront estate on Miami Beach in 2006 so their children, Brooke and Nick, could pursue singing and acting careers. They had previously lived in Clearwater, near Tampa.

Shaquille O'Neal files for divorce.

Basketball giant Shaquille O'Neal filed for divorce in Miami on Tuesday.  Papers are evidently en route to Shaq's wife of five years, Shaunie Nelson.  In the divorce papers, Shaq accuses Shaunie of hiding assets.

Evidently Shaq and Shaunie had a prenup, but the basketball star has asked that the court keep the details of the arrangement private.

According to Extra TV, Shaq wants "a full examination of how Shaunie has handled their money, stating that she has been 'secretive about her assets.'"

O'Neal supposedly has a $100 million deal with the Miami Heat, but with a prenuptual agreement that is described as 'iron clad' Shaq wants to know where his money is going.  The couple's $32 million home is already on the market.

In the divorce papers, Shaquille says Shaunie should get primary residential custody of the couple's four kids, but he wants "liberal visitation rights."

The deposition subpoena requires her to be cross examined by me in front of the court reporter and that’s just one step in preparing our case.”

K-Fed filed papers last week in which he evidently requested full custody of the two kids he fathered with Britney.  In addition, over the weekend he served Alli with papers so she can testify that Britney is putting the boys in danger.
