Many people suspected a long drawn out battle for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline as they settled their divorce to part ways.  It looks like they were wrong.

Britney and Kevin have evidently hammered out the details of their divorce settlement, and things seem to be peaceful.

K-Fed is walking away with a cold million, and they are splitting custody of the kids 50/50, according to TMZ.  The two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, are currently staying with Kevin as Britney still adjusts to post-rehab life.

Sources say the divorce is going off so peacefully that Spears and Federline even took a break from meeting with lawyers to deck outside alone where they shared a cigarette. 

It looks like rehab can bring a divorcing family together.  Britney filed for divorce from Kevin less than five months ago.  The full divorce details are expected to hit the media next week.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached an agreement on their divorce.  TMZ is reporting that K-Fed will make $1 million thanks to Britney's prenup that evidently protected her funds. 

As we have reported here at GaySocialites.com before, Britney and Kevin will split custody of the two kids Sean Preston and Jayden James 50/50. 

As soon a judge signs the papers, she'll just be a Spears and he'll still be K-Fed.

A rehab repaired Britney Spears came out this weekend, but not to party hard like her pre-Promises days.

People magazine is reporting that Britney joined in on an advanced hip hop class on Friday at the Millenium Dance Complex in North Hollywood.

"She did the choreography really well," her instructor said. "In fact, she came in and nailed it."

As Spears' old stomping ground, she has a tendency to hand pick choreographers from this school to work out her routines.

Her estranged husband Kevin Federline had the kids in Vegas where he was spotted with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson as K-Fed celebrated his 29th birthday.

I also hear the paparazzi was so hot on her trail that she had a hard time even changing into her dancing clothes.  Ah, the life of a superstar. The photographers even later followed Britney to the dentist where she was being treated for a toothache.  It must have been a slow weekend!

This has been an exciting week of nightclub news for GaySocialites.com, and the world in generally really.  Britney Spears got a speedy graduation from rehab to go to a party, a historic nightclub is reopening and its basically taking over Saturday nights in NYC, and some gay New York DJ's have decided to throw down at a straight club.  Could the nightlife really be coming back?!

As we told you earlier this week, New York City's gay nightlife has basically unified to bring you one of the biggest gay parties in New York history.  John Blair, Alan Picus and Mistress Formika Jones are leading the reopening of New York City's Avalon.  Avalon was known as the Limelight for the first few decades of its existence before John Blair took over and reinvented the club just a few years ago.  For a while it looked like a retailer such as H&M might take the space and turn it into a clothing outlet. 

Instead, just about every gay promoter, host, drag queen, performer, dj and patron will flood back to the church turned nightclub ever Saturday night starting March 31!

GaySocialites.com is joining the crew that includes John Blair, Alan Picus, Mistress Michael Formika (as we mentioned) along with Steve Sidewalk, Vito Fun, Cazwell, Amanda LaPore, Chris Ryan, DJ Adam, Acid Betty, Kitty Litter, Seth Gold, James Copolla, Danny Enichi and well just about all the NYC nightclub icons... you get the drift.  It's going to be insane, and we hope you'll join us there.  I, personally, will host a Scandalous Show in the Scandalous Spider club presented by Alan Picus.  It's a VIP club inside Avalon that exclusively permits patrons that are 18 or older!  If you think you've seen one of my crazy shows before, you ain't seen nothing yet!!

As I'm really excited about Scandal in the Spider Club at Avalon, I am also excited about the new club down the street called Rush at 16th and 6th.  I have worked at 579 Sixth Avenue for 4 years, and I can't believe what the new owners have done to the place.  You will be so freakin' surprised.  I'll still be involved there, and you will see some amazing things going on at the ALL NEW Rush.  If you're in NYC, then come check it out this Saturday.  I'll be hosting.

Another sign that nightlife could be reviving is that Britney Spears is out of rehab!  Why did she leave?  To attend a party.  Consequently, the party was cancelled.  You see it was her estranged husband Kevin Federline's birthday party, and some of his sponsored bailed -- so he couldn't afford it anymore.  We're still looking forward to seeing Britney out and about. I'm sure she'll have to take some time away from divorce settlements.  Besides, it looks like she'll only have the kids half of the time since Britney and K-Fed are going to share custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James.  I just hope Brit-Brit doesn't ever have another drink in her hand or any powder around her nose!

Before I conclude, another new party!  This is what happens when gay guys invade one of New York City's most popular straight clubs. 

Sundays in New York City have seemed somewhat like a ghost town in NYC since Alan Picus and John Blair cancelled their Sunday night party at Myst to focus on the Saturday mega-party at Avalon.  GaySocialites.com was happy to break the story that DJ Adam and Steve Sidewalk are teaming up to bring you Hot Mess at Porky's on Sundays.  It will be hosted by the aforementioned DJs, Chris Ryan, Drew Zailen, Mimi Imfurst, Rainblo & Jason Preston (yes, Marc Jacob's former boy toy -- I bet he's got some stories!!)  I'll also be around there, because GaySocialites.com is the official media outlet for Hot Mess at Porky's!  We're happy to be on-board!

There are so many rumors flying around about the details on Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's divorce that even I can't keep up with them all!!

Early reports surfaced Thursday morning saying that K-Fed would get $19 million dollars from his former pop star wife.  Now TMZ.com says that isn't true.

TMZ knows the real deal -- and Kevin isn't getting anywhere near 19. The real story -- put a decimal point between the 1 and the 9 and then reduce it significantly.

As for why K-Fed isn't in a position to bargain -- Britney's disso-queen lawyer, Laura Wasser, drafted an airtight prenup before the marriage. Kevin will end up pocketing around a mil.

As we already told you last week, Britney and Kevin will take a 50/50 split on the kids sharing custody.

The estranged couple seems to be getting along very nicely.  Maybe this is what they needed all along, a divorce!

As Britney Spears prepared to check herself out of rehab last night, it seems she was also tying up some loose strings elsewhere in her life.

Evidently Spears met with estranged husband Kevin Federline over the weekend to put the final touches on their divorce.

For now, it looks like Britney and K-Fed plan to split custody of the kids (50/50).  Eventually Spears will have primary custody and Federline will have standard visitation rights.

No word on how much Britney will help Kevin financially.  

Word is that she decided to leave the Promises rehab center a bit early so she can attend Kevin's birthday bash that has now been cancelled.

Britney Spears is out of rehab!  After 28 days of treatment, the "Toxic" singer left Promises rehab facility late on Tuesday night.  According to her TMZ; her manager, Larry Rudolph, said she checked out after "after successfully completing their program."

News broke earlier this week saying that Spears would check out of the facility a bit early to attend her estranged husband, Kevin Federline's, birthday party.  Today, Page Six is reporting that the party scheduled to be held in Hollywood tonight at Eleven nightclub has been cancelled.  Evidently some of his sponsors bailed.

Eleven was looking for a weekly magazine to sponsor the party. Evidently, none jumped at the chance. Then, the smaller sponsors allegedly pulled out. But a rep for Federline assured Page Six it was Kevin who canceled the event, though his bash Saturday at the Pure nightclub in Las Vegas is still on. "He decided that one party was enough," said his rep. "Kevin is just focusing on his family right now."

So in other words he can't have a party out of fear that Britney might fall off the wagon?

Sources tell GaySocialites.com that Britney Spears will in fact be checking out rehab this week to attend her estranged husband Kevin Federline's birthday party.

"She has made it very clear that she intends on leaving the rehab so she can spend time with Kevin at his birthday party. She thinks that if she attends, it will show Kevin and the world that she still cares for him and will help her chances on getting her children back,"  a source quoted by Associated Content said.

Our souce tells us that those close to Britney are preparing for her trip home. 

"Britney's friends and family are getting things ready for her arrival at home.  That means no drinking, no heavy partying and lost of family time," according to our source.

This early departure to attend K-Fed's birthday party doesn't mean Britney and Kevin are getting back together.  According to reports, Britney's plus one at the bash will be her new boyfriend, rocker Jason Filyaw.

"I talked to Kevin about Britney and he said he's not getting back together with Britney. At least not right now. He just wants to be a friend for her," according to one of Kevin's friends who spoke to US Weekly.

Just because she is checking out early, doesn't mean she hasn't healed. TMZ reports that the"Toxic" singer has also made one of the most amazing turnarounds in celebrity memory.

Justin Timberlake is extending his hand to his ex-girlfriend Britney Spears as she recovers in rehab.

The "Sexy Back" singer called Promises last week to offer his support, and now he has sent her a letter to reiterate his thoughts.

Life & Style magazine is quoting a source that says, "She could barely catch her breath to read the words. It was one of the most moving letters she had ever received. 

According to the Sun in the letter Timberlake offers his “unconditional love and support” and even offered to visit Britney.

It looks like Britney Spears is taking time out of recovering from drug and alcohol abuse in the Promises Rehabilitation facility to find a new boyfriend and possibly love.

According to TMZ,  the lead guitarist for the rock band RIVA Jason Filyaw confimed he and Britney Spears have are "growing very close."

"I love her, I support her 100%," Filyaw told the website.

Did he really say he loved her??  Stop the insanity.

Filyaw also says he met Spears years before she checked into rehab, and said they go "way back" to 2003. Evidently he recorded with Britney at The Hit Factory in New York.

Filyaw told TMZ that they stayed in touch, but "a few weeks ago ... we met up again at a Los Angeles AA meeting."

I love it when alcoholism brings people together!  I wonder what Kevin Federline thinks about all of this!

We have all heard the stories about Britney Spears' night of partying with the dancers at New York's nightclub One on February 12 that accompany these pictures.  Evidently there's another picture of the former pop superstar's ass that some perve snapped while she was trading clothes with one of the dancers.  The highest bidder gets it, and we're at about $150,000... do I hear $150,001? 

That's not the worst part though, evidently there is also a video that was taken in the office of the nightclub that got Britney doing something worse than showing her ass. 

The NY Daily News quoted a source saying, "If that thing goes on the Internet, there's going to be big trouble. It might be what they need to take [Spears'] kids away from her."

Spears is, of course, in rehab at the Promises Rehabilitiation Center in Malibu.  Her two kids are with her estranged husband Kevin Federline.  Reports keep flooding from the facility that Spears is battling bulimia, on suicide watch and practically going crazy by running through the halls.

I wonder if its a lesbian sex tape or a tape of her doing drugs?  I can't freakin' wait!

Britney Spears has told doctors in rehab that she has suffered with bulimia since she was 16 years old.

The "Toxic" singer told rehab staff that she "pigs out" on junk food and then vomits to avoid putting on weight.  Britney's pre-puke menu consists of junk food like burgers, sweets, biscuits and ice cream, then she makes herself vomit to avoid getting fat.

Britney of course entered Promises Rehabilitation Center last month after shaving her head at a hair salon.  Since then she has grown rather close to her estranged husband Kevin Federline who frequently brings by her sons for a visit with mommy in rehab.

Britney Spears has made it through a whole week of rehab! 

Well, sorta.  The former pop tart has skipped out a few times for visits with her kids and estranged hubby Kevin Federline.  She has left the Promises facility to do a bit of shopping, and she is said to have been running up and down the halls at night leading to a suicide watch.  Now, she is ready to come home.

Insiders report that Brit has been missing her two sons Jaden James and Sean Preston horribly!  Paparazzo's have spotted K-Fed and Brit at the park with the boys, and they have caught Britney's three guys arriving as early as 6am and leaving as late as 10pm. 

We also keep hearing that Britney is breaking rules left and right.  Not only is she leaving the facility to hang out with her family, but she is also supposedly doing her fair share of shopping.  Brit has hit the road to pick up a few things and phoned in a list to her cousin for online ordering.

The strangest thing is that witness say the "Toxic" singer ran up and down the hallways then went back to her room where she tried to kill herself with a bed sheet.  Shortly after that, she went on suicide watch.

Now Spears says she is ready to come home, claiming she doesn't have a problem afterall -- she now says its just post partom depression. 

Meanwhile on the outside, her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake and his music producer Timbaland are taking about helping Britney with a comeback album.

Let's see if she can make it another week, shall we?  Only 4 or 5 more to go!

Britney Spears is evidently have withdrawls in rehab, not necessarily from drugs or alcohol but from her two infant sons.

A source told X17Online that, "It seems like Britney is struggling being away from Sean and Jayden because Kevin let her spend four hours with the kids."

According to reports from paparazzi camped outside the Promises Rehabilitation Center in Malibu, Spears was seen leaving the facility on Wednesday night to meet estranged husband Kevin Federline and her two son Sean-Preston and Jayden James at a nearby park.

The following morning, Kevin and the kids were at the facility by 6am and reportedly stayed for more than 4 hours.

Rumor has it that Britney and Kevin are considering getting back together when if she makes it through treatment.

Jessica and Ashlee Simpson's dad-manager says his girls will never end up like Britney Spears who is basically going crazy hold up in a Malibu rehab facility.

"I would never let that happen to my daughters. Hopefully, her family will take care of the situation," Papa Joe Simpson said.

So basically, Britney's family should start following her EVER move and analyzing her jugs before the media.

If you ask me, that alone would drive anyone to drink!

Justin Timberlake and Timbaland have made a good duo working together, so good that they're willing to take a big risk -- on Justin's ex-girlfriend Britney Spears.

My fag hag will DIE if they get back together.  I think she's running an online petition or something, but I digress...

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Timbaland said he felt Spears' "pain" and admitted he is "the type of person who tries to save the world."  At this point it might be easier to save the rest of the world.

Timbaland is in talks with Justin Timberlake to help his plans to bring Spears, a former pop superstar back to #1. 

"I just want to hold her hand," Timbaland says. "I want her to be in my camp, to be around Justin. I need Justin to talk to her. Help her, please!" 

As always, Justin will do whatever Timbaland says and has agree to help.

Meanwhile rumors continue to circulate that Britney Spears is struggling to stay in treatment at the Promises Rehab Center in Malibu.

Comeback probability at this point:  Possible.

Remember when we told you that Britney Spears had gone wacko in rehab and tried to kill herself?  We'll now, after only two weeks of treatment; she's had enough.  Evidently the pop tart wants out!  US Weekly is reporting that the rehab doctors are "in shock at what bad shape she's in."

Their source says she is getting in "tons of trouble" and is ready to leave the Promises facility.

"She's convinced she's suffering from postpartum depression and does not think she has an alcohol or drug problem," the source says. "She's angry at her family and her manager for pressuring her to enter the program. She feels she was ambushed."

The former singer has been reprimanded for making cellphone calls, has left the facility to go shopping, and now she wants to leave rehab for good.

Comeback probability at this point:  Unlikely.

Kevin Federline must be getting tired of ramen noodles and Wal-mart underwear, because he's doing everything he can to make sure Britney Spears recovers in rehab. 

In public display of empathy for his wife, Federline has shaved his head.  K-Fed was overheard blabbing to some friends that he went bald to support Britney's new look. 

The Sun spoke with some of their friends to find out that they most likely will get back together when Britney's clean...

"He said he still loves her," The Sun quoted a Federline pal as saying.

Evidently Britney feels the same way.  According to her friends, she wants to get back together and have more Federline babies.

"Britney has realized what a rock Kevin has been to her, and how out of control she has acted recently. She has been talking to Kevin every night for hours on the phone, telling him she still loves him. She just wants to be with him again, and thinks having another baby will seal their marriage," Brits friends said.

Federline was evidently a driving force behind Britneys third attempt at rehab.  Who knew it would turn out this way? We may have been expecting to say that Britney is supporting Kevin in rehab, but most of us didn't expect it to play out this way!

I'm starting to wonder if a comeback is even possible, I mean, she isn't Whitney Houston!

While mom's in rehab, dad and the boys are going to Vegas.  That's right, it's true, Kevin Federline has taken his two sons on vacation while Britney Spears is recovering at Promises in Malibu!!

According to People magazine, Federline took 18-month-old Sean Preston and 6-month-old Jayden James with him while travelling to Las Vegas, where he was due to make an appearance at the Mirage Hotel and Casino.

Federline's posse tells the media that he's playing it low key and tucking the boys in each night.  Meanwhile, who the hell would want to go to his birthday party?

Tabloid newspapers across the world are reporting today that Britney Spears is slipping in rehab, and that the former pop singer is under suicide watch tonight.

According to the rags, Spears is claiming to be "the Antichrist", has written 666 on her bald head and runs uncontrollably through the halls of the Promises Clinic.  C'mon people, she rented the whole wing.  Isn't that what she should be doing?  But wait, it gets worse...

After her psychotic jog, reports say Spears went back to her room and tried to commit suicide with a bed sheet.  Luckily, they also report that she was unharmed.

I am actually starting to feel sorry for her now.  Should we print 'Save Britney' t-shirts now?  I am still scared to think that Kevin Federline may have been the logical one in this duo.

After her remains laid in a Broward County coroners freezer for three weeks, Anna Nicole Smith was finally laid to rest Friday with a lavish funeral in the Bahamas.

Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, tried all she could to get the Playboy model's body back to her home state of Texas giving up only after two judges ruled to allow a court appointed custodian for her 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn.

Smith was laid to rest next to her late son, Daniel.  She was 39 years old.

Rest in peace, Anna Nicole Smith.

Back in California, another mischevious superstar was able to keep herself in rehab.  It may not sound like too much of a feat, but I guess the third time was a charm for Britney Spears.  After going crazy by shaving her head and getting some new ink done, the "Toxic" singer checked herself in and out of rehab twice before renting out a whole wing at the California's Promises Rehabilitation Center.

Meanwhile, her two infant sons are staying with the father, Kevin Federline.

Now, Brown says he is not going to work for the station; because he never agreed to work there.  Too bad they can't send him back to jail huh?

If you're in New York City, you've gotta check out this Britney Spears "Rehab" party at Splash on Thursday for the Campus party. 

The Britney Spears "Rehab" party might be a big gay bash, but it is also a great place to drag the fag hag.  The interesting twist is that if you have a shaved head or if you show up dressed in Britney Spears fanwear, then you get in free and you get a free drink from the bar once you're inside.

This one's 21+ for the time being, but insiders tell me this won't last long.  Meanwhile, some of the younger guys who work with the promoter behind all this, Alan Picus, have set-up shop at the old Heaven location, now known as Rush.  Known as the 'Frat Pack,' these guys offer a close by alternative for the Freshmen while upperclassmen party across the street at Splash.  It's an interesting mix.

At club Rush, you've got DJ Adam (Area, Boysroom, Dirty Boy) while Mikey Rave and Steve Sidewalk headline at club Splash. 

Can a block boi party really work?  If anyone call pull it off, it's probably Picus.
