Delp apparently was home alone and there was no indication of foul play, New Hampshire, police said. He was 55 years old.

It's a rumor that I hadn't heard until I got this statement in my Inbox that comes indirectly from Britney Spears' manager Larry Rudolph:
"The story is absolutely untrue. She is in rehab, and it is very disappointing that various media outlets are running these false stories about her, as Britney tries to get better."
Various media outlets? This just makes me believe that Britney and Larry are capitalizing on this crazy fest to make sure they get all of the media coverage they can! Hell, if they aren't talking about it -- make them talk about it!
If this is their plan, then I'm falling for it -- hookline and sinker!
Get more on Britney's breakdown!
Who would have ever thought that Kevin Federline would be the more fit parent for the two babies if he and Britney Spears ever split? It looks that might be the case, or at least he thinks so!
K-Fed has asked for an emergency hearing to discuss the custody battle with his estranged wife, Britney Spears. It looks like Federline will try to prove that Britney is an unfit mother for five-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston and ask the judge for custody of their two sons.
Early Thursday morning (in just a few hours), Kevin and his attorney will appear before the judge. Britney Spears may loose her children by the end of the day. We may eat our words if a judge deems Kevin Federline a more fit parent that Britney Spears.
The suspense is killing me!
The Associated Press is reporting that a California judge has ruled to release the body of Anna Nicole Smith, but he did not say who should get her remains.
Howard K. Stern says he wants to bury Anna Nicole in the Bahamas with her son Daniel, and Anna Nicole's estranged mother (Virgie Hogan Arthur) wants the remains as well (since she is her only adult living relative).
Earlier today a judge in Florida upheld an earlier decision to keep her dead body for a February 20th paternity hearing in which photographer Larry Birkhead plans to prove that he is the father of Anna Nicole sole heir, baby DannyLynne.
The coroner says that the courts need to make their mind up soon, because Anna Nicole's body has already started to decay.
This is starting to get nasty (literally).
One has to wonder, did Howard K. Stern have something to do with the death of Anna Nicole Smith? He's my been my biggest suspect in the death of Anna's son, Daniel; and now I wouldn't be surprised if fingers point to Howard as the suspect in this case as well.
Ben Thompson told the Insider that he saw Howard K. Stern remove two small pills from Daniel's jean pockets leading us to believe that he could have been supplying Daniel with the methadone that killed him.
During her last interview (also with the Insider), Anna Nicole sat with Howard K. Stern when he was asked if he had anything to do with Daniel's death. Howard answered the question with a question asking if we thought Anna Nicole would still be with him if he had something to do with the death of her son.
Anna Nicole's monther, Vicky Arthur said she feared for Anna Nicole's life. She said she believed Howard K. Stern was after the large inheritance that Anna Nicole was set to recieve from her late husband, J. Howard Marshall. "If Howard Stern marries her and she ends up dead, then who does the money go [to]? Danny's not there," Arthur told Nancy Grace.
Did Vicky Arthur predict what was about to happen?
Many reports show that Anna suffered a blow to the head last night at her hotel room in Florida. I wonder where Howard K. Stern was for all of this?
My conspiracy theories are running wild.
It's all over the news now: Anna Nicole Smith is dead. At this time all we are being told is that she collapsed suddenly in her hotel room in Florida and was rushed to the hospital. As of yet, no one has any concrete knowledge of what caused her death exactly.
The forensic toxicologist who performed the autopsy on her son, Dr. Cyril Wecht, says that there could be any number of reasons that she died (including drugs). We won't know for sure (and who knows if we'll know the REAL story) until the toxicology results come in after a few days.
Stay tuned for more information as we recieve it.
The sick thing is that e-coli is spread when someone uses the bathroom, doesn't wash their hands and touches your food. Ewww -- poopy tacos. Either way, I'd hold off on making a run for the border for a while anyway.
If you've fallen in love with Sundays at Spirit, we've got some bad news for you! It's closed for good. Every cloud has a silver lining though, John Blair and Alan Picus are taking their Sunday night soiree back to Avalon.
They'll be taking this weekend off, and the new party starts one week from Sunday.
John Blair is no stranger to the former Limelight space. Back in 2001 we partied under the lights at Limelight to his Sunday night sea of Chelsea boys properly labeled, Drama. Then Blair moved his Drama party to Centro-Fly and announced "major renovations" for Limelight. In 2002, while remodeling the space; Blair and his colleages came under fire for working with nightclub villan, Marvisi. Marvisi is most popular for being Peter Gaiten's competition in the club kid days, and he isn't too well liked or respected in the nightclub community. However, before his fall his empire was nice... we could go on about him, but we'll save it for a different time.
Regardless Blair reopened Limelight as Estate turned Avalon as the "Managing Partner," often accused of being nothing more than Marvisi's figure-head. Blair publicly distanced himself from Marvisi saying the two weren't partners insisting Marvisi was simply the Promotional Director, there to boost straight party attendance.
In 2005, Blair announced he was leaving Avalon and moving to his one time competitor, Spirit. Police closed Spirit on Friday, August 25th for alcohol and drug violations. It will interesting to see how Mr. Blair will fit back into the Avalon picture, but you can guarantee its going to be exciting!
This could just be the boost that New York's gay nightlife scene has needed.
